Hi
I have suffered from lifelong PE and I've had ED for the last 10 years. Kamagra and Black stone used to work albeit the black stone was painful and dried and burnt my penis but I was willing to do it as it did help my sex life.
Last 2 years the viagra stopped working. I was put on TRT and and tried pumps and cialis and viagra but I was only getting a semi and the black stone stopped working. I had an appointment with andrology and the doctor declined penile injections and even a Doppler ultrasound. He reffered me to counseling just to tick the box and said he was going to recommend Penile implant for me. Once they confirm its not psychological I will be able to get an implant.
Looking at other people's experiences.. it appears I have bypassed quite a few things. It has got to a point an implant would be a dream come true but left wondering why he didn't even recommend injections or a Doppler test.
Has anyone else had this experience? Also would an implant help with premature ejaculation?
Been put forward for implant by NHS

Hi mate
Whats black stone?
I'm in same place as you, had ED past 10 years, pills no longer work neither did highest dose of caverject injection
I had doppler ultrasound which confirmed venous leak on NHS
I'm surprised they didn't want to do ultrasound before recommending implant
I have my follow up end of December with urology to see what next steps would be but I'm coming over to the idea of an implant too
The implant will give you unlimited erections until you deflate so even if you cum in 10 seconds it won't really matter as you can keep going

Hi mate, it's called Black love stone and Jamaican stone. Its a small block from a tree sap. You get a small about of water in your hand and rub the stone in it and when water turns grey you rub it on your penis. It used to last super long. However use too much it burns and super dry. Use too little it doesn't work.
Implant is definitely what I'd want and even said to the andrologist. However he was quite confusing as he was saying they'd need to try all options and reffered me to counseling. Find it strange he stated if counselling doesn't work it will be implant. Ignoring the injections and ultrasound. I have ordered injections online on treated to see if that will help in the meanwhile. if that doesn't work. I can say I did it and definitely get the implant.
Im really surprised that he has not recommended the ultrasound. I do think I have a venous leak as even when I manage to get hard it goes down so quick if there's no constant stimulation.
Implant I would never have to worry about it going down or if i come too quick and best of all the spontaneous aspect of it. Sad to remember the times where I've had the opportunity to have sex and declined because I hadn't had the time to prep for it.

Never heard of that! Perhaps I should give it a go
Which injection did you buy? Didn't know you could get them online without prescription
It's a shame they don't do trimix in the UK, from all I read it seems much more effective that alprostadil (caverject) alone which is what we get in the UK

Tried it.. sadly didn't work.. it got rock hard for like 50 seconds and from then just had a semi. Really sucked that did. Was uncomfortable aswell.. well at least I can tell andrology it didn't work. Still have a vial left. May use it with viagra when im going to have sex..
