Growth from revisions?

Before my implant, I was sitting at 6.5” BPEL. Today, almost 5-months post-op, I’m sitting at 6.85” BPEL.

This makes me wonder, if I continue to grow longer and my next revision uses 24cm Titan cylinders instead of 22cm, does this mean I’ll continue to grow if I stretch with the new, longer cylinders? Or will I have reached a limit and the longer cylinders would just be to support the length at the time without any further growth?

On another note, it’s STILL painful and stiff for me to stretch my dick even 5-months post-op which is why I believe there’s a good amount more of length to go. My guess (and hope) is that I’ll land somewhere around 7.5”. But of course I’d also like to enjoy sex eventually without needing to pop ibuprofen like candy before the act.

Does your implant have any rte's? If rte's were used then you don't truely have a 22cm implant. You have 22cm plus whatever rte's were used. So in one sense a 24cm might be possible but I personally don't thing that similar growth can be expected on a revision.

I've been wondering the same thing. I was implanted with a 22cm coloplast titan in late April by Dr.Clavell. A month later he green lighted me to start cycling. At that time I measured 6.5" bpl. Fast forward 6 months and I'm now measuring between 7.5" - 7 3/4" ! I really can't believe it . I've read on this site that guys had continued to see gains for up to a year after surgery. 22cm is approximately 8 5/8 . How am I ( almost ) at 8 " bpl . Seems mathematically unlikely to me but I promise thats what I'm experiencing. Of course I should add that I only hit the 7 3/4 " bpl with a VED assist . Better Glans engorgement/ overall stretch. So that measurement is temporary but I can hit 7.5" now ,consistently, just by pumping. So that has me thinking, like you , about the revision. Not that I'm ready for one at all . I'm content with what I have and it's already too much for the wife . I have to dial it back for her comfort. I'm hoping Dr Clavell will be able to implant me with the Colplast titan 24cm xl on a revision. Even if he has to trim it to squeeze it in ( I asked if he did that ... he said , " All the time " ) Even if he can't and I get another 22cm , that'd be fine . All I know it's been an incredible journey so far and I'm so thankful for these medical miracles .

Before surgery I would use a VED and be able to stretch my penis to 6 inches. This is pulling on it and measuring it, I really don’t I ever had the full 6 inches with an erection.
After surgery, was a little under 5. After almost 5 months of cycling I’m almost at 6 inches and also when I pull on it stretching it will go to 6 1/4. I’ve never been able to stretch it this far on flaccid even pre op.
Clavell told me after surgery they measured me at 5 3/4. I’ve already surpassed this number by 1/4 inch.
Considering I have 7 more months of cycling could I reasonably conclude I could hit 6.25?

I had a revision too soon. I was pushing 8 3/4 bp when the first failed and didn’t have the good fortune of getting an upsize to 28cm… Same 26+1 rte and I’ve lost about an 1/8th. I don’t pump and do the exercises (convinced those are bullshit) the way I should, but I’m out of fluid when I pump even though Clavell claims to have maxed out the reservoir. I guess I just don’t understand any of this.
