Has anyone opted for an implant without FULL erectile dysfunction?

Wish I could have done it sooner as it's really an enhancement.

How good were your errctions before the implant?

How unsustainable?

Mine can last a while but often not fully rigid and go as soon as changing positions or something interrupts it like not getting in first time.

It's a headache for me because it feels like I'd be wrecking a reasonably good penis.

I also had good erections prior I had sex 2 or 3 days before the implant on injections the girl had a good time. It's really just what you want to do.

Well if I didn't use the injections I would use the pills it was usable on those too but less reliable. The main reason I got the implant for scar tissue causing the hourglass I didn't like the look and the fact that over time it would get worse.

Side effects with the pills, injections weren't my thing. I was wasting a lot of money shockwave that really didn't work.

Although i was able to get some natural erections, very unreliable and became very frustrating especially with younger wife. Implant helped with confidence in the bedroom.

Was the scar tissue due to injections?

I see. I also tried shockwaves and it didn't do a thing except for costing me thousands of euros. What was your main issue with injections? The lack of spontaneity? The fact that you can use them only twice a week?

Na I stayed up masterbating on amphetamines for like 48 hours had some trouble with addiction to that and it would magnify my sex drive x100.

If that never happened I would have just kept using injections and pills I was pretty pleased with those results.

Your question perfectly captures our dilemma Franklin. Neither is an attractive position to be in. Who wants to be the talk of the town for something like this? It horrifies me to think my social circle could learn about and openly discuss my having an implant. But as you say, it's better than them openly discussing my inability to get hard. Sheesh.

I've been thinking the same thing but at the end of the day who really gives a F; if I end up down the implant route which seems more and more likely I'll just say I had a motorbike accident and nerve damage or something so had to get implant, at least will have a working penis on demand which stays hard as long as I want

I think the implant decision comes down to a supply and demand equation.

Now that I’m on injections the status quo is fine since my wife is happy with my performance and my extramarital activities are infrequent. Thus my erection supply is meeting the currently modest demand for sex.

However, if my circumstances changed, for example a younger mistress or girlfriend comes into the picture , ie more demand, I would not hesitate to get an implant instead of continuing with injections.
