The biggest complaint now is the weight of the pump.....my testicles are swollen so it seems like I chafe and am constantly having to unstick them from my thighs.

Hi Rusty,
My scrotum was very swollen for about the first 3 weeks and there was no way I could locate the pump or tubing because I did not want to probe around down there while I had pain and swelling. I also had my testicles sticking to my thighs and it was very uncomfortable because it kept moving my swollen scrotum around. I eventually tried two things that helped: first, I used baby powder down there and sprinkled it liberally all over...that kept the sticking to a minimum for an hour or two at a time. second, I had a regular athletic supporter and cut a hole right in the front of it and slipped it over my shaft, wearing it as normal otherwise. This supported my testicles and also kept the skin from the scrotum and thighs from rubbing together thereby lessening the discomfort. Best of luck to you, just hang in there for a few more weeks and I'm sure you'll see an improvement.

Best,
Mtnmirv

So I guess I will have to wait until I get the clear to inflate and deflate from the Dr. next week....it will be almost 5 weeks.

Not sure how they determine I was inflated to 70% but it needs to be more for penetrative sex. I have tried half heartily to squeeze the bulb but it is rock hard and i didn't want to push it or accidentally deflate it.

Interesting that it doesn't deflate 100% or near that, i thought the AMS did. Any suggestions for questions when I see the nurse next week for my instructions, how many times should I do the exercise in the office, I don't want to get home and not be able to work it, it is a 2 hour drive to the Dr.

I am not sure how the wife will feel about using it now since she doesn't like the look and worried about the feel and maybe feeling fake plus the initial at least loss in size from the ved numbers of about 1 3/4 inch.

My doctor told me not to expect my VED size, which I knew would not be possible. They would have to operate under suction, obviously impossible. However, he promised no loss of size compared to my non-pumped size. Interestingly, rather than SPL. I'm only at day 8, but I can believe that I will have the same length, possibly after cycling and exercising, and more girth. I can certainly live without another half inch since it can be forever hard.

Second what the others said here. Just take it slow and listen to your body. Of course you will have some pain cycling. But if you’re REALLY sore or swollen after maybe check with your dr to see if you should push through it or back down a little until things normalize.

Recently I went way too hard cycling day 5 trying to be a warrior and regretted it- went the whole night with a throbbing dick. Backed down for a day to let my dick recover and now back at it.

Also, you sound concerned about your wife’s opinion of your dick. I’m no therapist, but I really think she should be supportive and encouraging during this time. Certainly not making you worry about it. Just my two cents.

I'll address the hard pump bulb. That is a moving target. As you start cycling you'll always get to a hard bulb level. That just means your cylinders have reached their max capacity. As the cylinders stretch & soften you'll start getting more pumps into the cylinders before the bulb gets hard. Don't let a hard bulb fool you. If you can get the bulb to even dent a little. You still moved some saline. I think when I first started pumping, 2 or 3 pumps was all I could get. Keep at it, you'll slowly start getting more pumps each time you cycle.
I got up to around the high 20's in pumps at one point. My dr showed me a finger position that actually applied more leverage to the bulb for the same finger effort. Be sure to try different squeezing methods. Wait a few minutes & squeezs some more.
As my cylinders got softer I think that they shrink less during deflation. I do not squeeze my cylinders to get them really deflated. Now, with a better pumping method, I max out at about 20 pumps. I do pause for a few seconds between pumps to let the bulb refill as much as possible.

It is still hard to pump, at times I can get several pumps in now and then some small squeezes and other times after the pop it is still really hard and can only get partial squeezes in. It doesn't make since. My sack is still baseball sized and it hurts the skin to squeeze but I am toughing through it the best I can.

Thanks all for your reply's. Using it so far is difficult because it is so much smaller than before even on the quad mix injections.
