cylinder size, measurement

Postby Olivero66 » Sat Dec 07, 2013 4:25 pm

Hello all,

is here anybody having an implant with two different sized cylinders? E.g. right one 20 cm, left one 21 cm or whatsoever? Is it absolutely a MUST that cylinders of an implant have to be equally sized, or are there some more options for flexibility?
AFAIK the distal ends of the cylinders have to be symmetrical, equal outcome, so when the proximal cavernous body on one side is a little bit longer then his neighbour from the other side, isn't it recommendable to put in there a correspondingly longer cylinder (extended by some more RTE)? :?:

It would be very interestig for me if someone knows an example for such an unequality regarding cylinder size. Thanks in advance!!
