Hello! I am 40 with progressive venous leaks currently managing on combination of low dose cialis and trimix 12-15 units. The pills were cool but the shots, while effective for a hard boner, really do take any spontaneity out of sex.

I am considering an implant. However I have 2 young sons, 6 months and almost 3 years old. They sit on my lap and we take baths together, normal father/son stuff. It’s hard for me to imagine, but for those with implants, would it be weird being naked around your young kids with a penile implant?

. The kids or anyone will ever know the difference. It looks normal after you heal. You could be in a locker room with adult men all nude and you can’t tell who has an implant or not.
You and your partner will definitely know the difference because it works on demand every time !

AMS implants are known for their more natural looking flaccid. There are some threads here on FT where men do have the concerns you mention, most if not all, have Titans. There is a difference, but there are ways to mitigate your concern no matter which implant you might get.

I have 12 grandchildren, we go to the beach and swim often. All sit on my lap, my bathing suit is perfectly presentable, I have zero concerns in that department.

I think your main concern should be protecting yourself from your kids injuring you while you're recovering.

After the surgery, my doctor left me 60% inflated for two weeks. He also instructed me to keep my dick pointed up towards my belly button. These protocols were to encourage proper healing around the implant. I also couldn't lift more than five pounds during that period of time, and I had to be careful how I sat, so I wasn't compressing the pump.

After two weeks, my doctor deflated me and instructed me to slowly build back up to normal physical activity. And I had to wait another six weeks before I got the okay for sex. Again, this was to ensure that I didn't damage something during the healing process.

I'm telling you all this because little kids can be unpredictable and rough. You'll need to guard against them jumping in your lap, accidentally kicking, hitting, elbowing, or haedbutting you in the crotch, or jumping up on you while you're standing or lying down. You won't be able to pick them up for a few weeks, and they won't understand that

As far as how you look, once you're healed, your dick looks pretty natural. It takes a while for the cylinders to soften, so you might not hang down as much as you did before the implant for a while. Also, if you are now a grower, your dick will look different than before because you will become a shower.

With a Titan I'd say no. My flaccid is too noticeable to even wear a bathing suit around my grandkids.
Around my 4th or 5th week my grandson accidentally head butted me straight to the tip of my penis. I was still partly inflated. Put me back into my recliner, hurt all week. Stay protected around kids!

I had my implant at 53, three years in and my daughter, 5 at the time, jumped into the pool and her feet hit me square in the abdomen. I could tell immediately something let go and sure enough it would not pump up. Most likely the tubing or reservoir, had to have a new implant installed.

As a father, grandfather and great-grandfather and having been implanted for 10 or so years, I'll say....not an issue!

Your children are the last concern you should have. After you have healed, it will look and feel like your normal penis.
I would be more concerned about having more kids. You will have sex a lot with your bionic.
Go for it and enjoy a better life.

Going for Titan is like Russian Roulette. Some guys have good outcomes. Other guys have really problems with the bulge. Not a bulge like a big bulge, but an obvious (semi-) erect. Which can give problems in formal situations and around children.
