I was on 100 to 150 mg of generic viagra and daily 5mg generic cialis. sometimes 10mg.
Then i would take an injection. This lasted for a year until it was just not effective.
I was seeing werid blue hue..My pressure would drop. In the heat my pressure drops and i have mild heart regurgitation but my heart is strong.
Im a grower and i was implanted 8 weeks ago. Got my size back..24 cm implant..i show about 6.5 ish. Girth 5.5..
I dont know if you can get your girth back with a titan. The doctor is the only person that MIGHT be able to answer that.
All i know is that this was the best decision i made. Pill free. Same orgasm. A lil thicker post op. Still some slight pain and discomfort
during sex..but still healing. I was able to perform pre implant but was degrading. Pills and injections and anything that affects pressure and heart cant be good long term for everyone.
I dont want to stick needles every week alternating sides of my penis creating another potential problem.
If you have a great size and give up a lil thickness to be pill free injection free..i think its a great trade off.
These women cant take big penis anyway hahahahah...some of them i mean hahahah

Hmm in response to your original post .. sometimes it’s better the devil you know.. 2 months post op my implant journey isn’t going well.i just had to have a revision. Maybe my journey will improve. But so far it’s been traumatic and depressing. But you might be one of the lucky ones

Yes, I tend to think the same. Is there consensus to what girth a Titan P.I. can expand maximally (for a prothesis for a 22 cm - 8.7 inch - penis)? It would give me some peace of mind to know what size decline to expect.

We know 4 sure your dick shrinks with ED, every day you wait, your dicks getting smaller unless you do some regular stretching routine.

The implant, i gained length and stayed the same on girth. I would say my girth is bigger now because i always measure the same post op, pre implant i could be plus or minus a half inch. Some lose length and girth some dont.

For me implant made the most sense and now I believe 100% implant is the right choice. People focus on the negative, what could go wrong etc…. But dont think about their dick shrinking from ed. I lost about 3/4 of an inch to ed, the implant gave me back a 1/4 and stopped the shrinking for ever.

As the title states, I would like to hear the experiences of those that were able to perform sexually, but just not in the way they wanted to perform, e.g. needed loads of Viagra/Cialis to stay erect, lost rigidity when not continually stimulated or in certain positions, had to wear a very tight cock ring, etc.

Thus, I am not addressing the men here that basically had not other option than having the implant (e.g. those with ED after prostatectomy), but only those that had actually quite a lot to lose.

As you may understand, I am in that position. I am scheduled for P.I. surgery in December (with European high volume specialist). Although I have been studying and deliberating the pros and cons for years, I still am in doubt if I should choose for a surgery or not.

A bit about me: in my forties, suffering from ED most of my adult life, in good health, tried every medical and mental approach (PDE5-i, injections, psychologist, sexologist, etc.), however, erections are only of (reasonable) good quality when combining high dosages of PDE5-i and a tight cock ring. Even then, the erection during penetrative sex often diminishes to 75% hardness, which is not very satisfactory for both parties, and some positions (specifically lying on back like in 'cow girl') are a definite no-go.

Despite of the limitations and frustrations, sex is a very important part of my life that I enjoy very much, and I am sexually active every day (either with a partner or solo sex). Thus, as I see it, I have "quite a lot to lose" if the P.I. surgery would prevent me from keep doing that (or would introduce even greater limitations).

My question to all men that have been (or still are) in a similar position: what made you decide to choose for P.I. surgery (y/n) and, most importantly (!), if you choose that route, would you make the same decision in hindsight?

I would make the same decision again, for sure. I should have done it sooner.

Four years into the Bionic world after 30+ years of shots, then shots plus pills.

In my world this is what sex should always have been like.

In the bad old days it was insert erect cock and thrust like mad to keep enough stimulation going to avoid erection loss.
