Hello everyone here some nice pictures of my implant a few years of life ,the device does always a great job i am talking about AMS700 got implanted by Gabriele Antonini in Rome .
I would ask what you think guys about your vascular situation after the surgery? Are you happy about it? Some time I like to use a penis ring during the sex,of course is elastic enought to don't make any big pressure on the cylinders i mean is safe for the device ,and also I like becasue my penis swell pretty easy and nicely so become everything really nice ....
I Would love to ask ,there are people who take some Cialis or some staff like that to get more vascular? How is it ?

Wery nice to hear and looking super good, I'm going to have a ams 700 in future, I have been back surgery that effect some way and caused venous leakage. Can I ask what caused your Ed?

I also have an AMS 700 since 6 months and can tell that I'm also very happy, although mine is mostly at 3 o'clock, but still it's the best I have done to fight my ED.

I will make a pic ,soon as possible but is hard to show you where are the tips becasue they are in to the penis sooo..... anyway the tips arrive to the low part of the penishead .....normally in the evening in the bed i do some activation 2 times a week even more depends if i had sex i try to let stay active the implant even for the next hours ,untill i can of course .....some time before sleep i leave like that when I get awake in the night i switcher off .....

Actually I got less vascularized during the IPP so before of the implant ,unfortunately the implant can not help when we talk about vascularization and in the same time ,if the implant is made by good hands doesn't affect the penis vascularization ,i mean a penis that was vascularized before of the implant is vascularized even later ,and is the same for the opposite

I had a IPP which probably cause a venous leakage anyway I got less vascularized during the IPP so before of the implant ,unfortunately the implant can not help when we talk about vascularization and in the same time ,if the implant is made by good hands doesn't affect the penis vascularization ,i mean a penis that was vascularized before of the implant is vascularized even later ,and is the same for the opposite
