I just got home yesterday from my 5th revision down at the Mayo clinic in MN.
They removed all of the Titan IPP P,O,S, and installed a Coloplast Genesis 23cm 13mm MPP.
All went well, it was a quicker, more simple surgery, I didn't have to stay the night in the hospital, I woke up from surgery without a catheter, I feel much better this time around.
Tomorrow I will take the dressing off and shower and see how it looks.
The surgeon told me that I would have less chance of erosion because of having the IPP installed for a time, that would create a good hardened capsule for the MPP and I have enough meat around my penis to the point I shouldn't lose any girth compared to inflating the Ipp that I had.
I'll see..........
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Very interesting that the capsule from IPP will reduce the chance of erosion. Please create a new topic with your experience with MPP and compare it with IPP once you healed completely. It will be very helpful.
