Will I regain girth and length after implant surgery.

Attention Seeker & Rubygee. Penile retraction due to surgery is common. Its not gone, its just hiding. I think its normally called penis trauma.
I had a minor circumcision in 2013. Yes, my penis didn't like the surgery & part of it hid from me. It took a few months for it to decide it was safe outside.
In almost 8 months I have gained 1.25cm over my presurgery stretch measurement. Despite all the complaints about the stretch test. It does give a somewhat accurate indication of your pre surgery penis length. So I can safely say that I have gained 1.25cm over my pre surgery length.
These things are commonly discussed on FT. The fact that you guys are unaware of this proves that you are not reading any archived posts. Those old posts are a gold mine of info that you really should be reading in order to understand penis implants.

Im 4 months next week. Pre surgery 6.5L x 6.25g.
Right after surgery I was 4.5L x 5.5g.
Now I am 5L x 5.75g.
Hopefully Ill get back what I lost or at least get closer. From reding here it seems the real growth kicks in between 6-10 months.
I cycle twice a day but do take a day off every week as my scrotum gets sore and during hunting season I room with others and that would be awkward.
The size lose has not affected my wife’s satisfaction, a rock hard dick that can go hard and steady as long as she wants seems to make up for a smaller stature

This came totally unexpectedly. After 5 weeks I was given the ok after surgery to pump up my new implant. I was very excited until I pumped it to the maximum and found I went from a length of 7” to 6.2 and a girth of 6.25 to 5.1 Yikes! Bloody Hell is this normal?

It has been 8 weeks now and I’m at L 6.5 and G 5.2.
My question is will I ever get back to my original size? I see others gaining size but I’d be happy just to recover.
Looking for some insight on this problem.

Over 14 months in. Pre Implant surgery 1.5-2 inches. Waking up from surgery I was disappointed at the size but not anymore. I'm around 6L 6G. There was some growth in length. Its the girth that I'm amazed with. Even my floppy penis head which looked so sad is almost back to normal so as others have said on here, cycle, cycle, cycle. I added the pump around 4 months ago and I believe thats been helpful too. Coloplast Titan Perito.

I consider myself lucky,
I had lost only about 1/2 inch after surgery.( 6 in. EXACTLY pre-op)
I got my original size back in about 90 days after cycling.

BUT, my regiment was like a "Rocky" training session.
I'm talking white knuckles and tears streaming down my face(Not kidding) intensity.

I would fully inflate myself to a 747 aircraft bolt hardness, bite down on towel bend that thing every which way for 20 minutes( Thanks, Dr. Perito ) deflate and then hop into a very warm bath.
I did this 4x's a day.

NOT pleasant but I got my size back fairly quickly.

so for Titan implantees...do you gain any girth/length going from deflated to fully pumped. I havent lost much 2 weeks out but not sure if I will gain girth when fully pumped. Yeah, I am a lil obsessed.

After 21 months I measured my flaccid at 5-1/2” then pump to max and it’s at 6-3/4 so definitely after it’s broken in and softens up your natural dick will pull it in some and give you a more natural flaccid look. At first my flaccid was at about 3 on the clock now it hangs about 5 on the clock when fully deflated. I generally put a few pumps in so it doesn’t look so flat so there’s that!

I had mine for two years till I just got a revision because I lost a lot of weight. I felt the same way at first but after using the implant after one year, I felt like yeah I definitely got more girth and size like my old penis used to look like.
