No big updates so far, I'm on day 11 post op, the bruising is pretty much gone, everything still looks great, no pain, the incision is completely healed, still keeping it covered with a 2x1 bandage, I'm suppose to contact them at the 2 week mark, I still haven't bent it around yet, I just want to make sure the internal stitching is completely healed simply for the fact this was my 5th surgery and on my 3rd revision it was due to the internal stitching coming loose and the cylinder backing out into the scrotum.

Thedriver, don't bend it, don't do anything stupid, there's no need to bend it, leave it still even beyond the days the doctor tells you to, make sure everything is healed, this must be your last inspection, also because it seems to have been did a great job

I'm thinking the same thing, when #3 IPP came back thru the internal stitching and the cylinder backed out into my scrotum it wasn't only a revision that I was worried about but also a lot of pain involved with that one, and I mean (ALOT) of pain.
I am suppose to contact them tomorrow on day 14 and discuss any issue 's then, which for once I have zero issue's at all
This time around there is no weird feeling down there, maybe because there is no reservoir, pump and hose's, and I guess no crinkly feeling cylinders with dog ears, no tubing that I can feel moving around, no uncomfortable 3rd ball in my sack, there is no reservoir that I can feel in the side of my stomach,,, for some reason this feels more normal and natural than anyone of the IPP's that I have had, more rounded tips that sit in the gland area more natural compared to the IPP's more pointed tips.
Knowing what I know now,,,, I would have still went with an IPP for the first surgery just to know what the IPP does and how it feels and functions, But after that first failure I should have went straight too the MPP and been done with it all.
The only reason I say try the IPP first is that (and this is just me) I would have always wondered what the IPP is like and how well it would work for me,,,,,, but I'm not the smartest swede in the world, and it took me 4 of them IPP's to go bad on me before I actually smartened up,,,, The wifey says she is impressed simply because it only took me 4 fuck ups before I finally made the right decision,,,,,,,,,,, LOL......... I guess I have never done anything in my life too be able to say (one and done)
To all the other members here trying to make a decision on what to choose for your PP or IPP revision surgery,,,,, be good to yourself,,,, don't worry about other peoples perception of things, the wifey can't even look at my dick with the MPP installed now without almost drooling, she says it looks just as big as with the IPP,, you young guys are going to go broke trying to keep up on revision surgeries,,, and the older guys here have to be careful of all the repeated procedures at a time in life where we should be kicking back and relaxing on the couch,,, not the surgery table.
There I'm done rambling for the morning.
Will let you know what the Uro team says tomorrow for my 2 week post op, discussion.

I agree totally about first going the IPP route and then proceeding to the MPP.
Same mentality I had going from the Trimix to the implant. The curiosity and experience of the former to the latter is satisfied.
I am very anxious to hear how the MPP performs sexually to the IPP in terms of rigidity and sensation. I hope you will keep us updated.

When I had my mallabble done there was a 3 week check in on the 18th of july and as cleared to use it for sex on the 11th of Aug ...original surgery was on 6-30-2023 so about 6 weeks before they wanted me using it for sex.
I'm sure every Dr. out there has there own set of rules on timelines for use.

I think only a few weeks ago we and a few others were going back and forth on malleables. Please keep us posted, as I'm due for an implant soon. It'll be nice to get some honest feedback on the MPP. Good to hear that it's rock hard!

Sage advice. I'm thinking the same: try the IPP first, but veer to MPP for revision.

MPP Update ----
I spoke with the surgeons staff over the phone yesterday at the 2 week post op, date, I told them everything looks good, feels good, incision is healed good, shaft is full and straight, punts are equal and in the exact gland area, the bruising is completely gone, all done with the antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.
I asked them after all the other questions when I would be good to put it into use, they said with the prior problem with surgery #3 where the IPP backed out of the internal stitching that I should wait another 2 weeks and not to put any inward pressure on it yet,,,,,, I thought to myself ---- F@#k ----------- but it is what it is.....
The good thing is everything is GOOD.......... I can easily hang a bath towel on it, I still haven't bent it around, still scared of the internal stitching, so I can't push my luck. and I hope I don't offend anyone with this,,,, but ,,,,,

I told the wifey I don't know if I can make it another 2 weeks without my blue balls exploding, the wifey told me to lay back on the couch, turn on the porn channel, and let her know if anything hurts as she went down on it for her own personal examination of it,,, all I can say is OMG, she went above and beyond to make sure there was nothing but warm goodness pulsing thru my new MPP cock as she gave me one of the best blow jobs I have ever had, by the time I went into my 3rd orgasm she was choking, gaging and giggling like a school girl, I was amazed at the increased sensitivity that I don't remember having with the IPP, maybe I was pumping it up to much.
