Ejaculation Post op Different?

I have found that the volume and intensity are roughly the same. I do find that it takes me slightly longer to ejaculate than what I remember from the old days. My wife loves it though. I can take whatever time is needed, pull out and ejaculate all over her, and go right back to it while still rock hard. Sorry, to be so graphic but I love my implant. I know that I shouldn't of felt that way but I felt like such a dud when I had severe ED and couldn't have real sex with my wife but now I feel like a porn star. Implants are not perfect but they are so much better than suffering from ED.

Not implanted here, but I do seem to have age-related semen volume decrease. Testosterone is normal. I use to do 5-7 big ropes now it’s one big squirt and maybe two small ones. Semen volume started decreasing in my 50s but seems stabilized now.
