For those of you implanted with Titan, if you do gain length upon inflation, where is it coming from? Is there slack in the tubing behind the shaft? or is it the Glans swells up that much? I am just curious.
I thought they maxed out the implant to your soft length.

Re: New Silly Titan Question
I have a titan. I do gain some length when fully inflated. When completely flaccid, the implant shrink somewhat, and I can feel the tips of the cylinders resting slightly below the glans. inflating stretches those tips into the glands and gives it a hard push from underneath.
I think I gained about 1 cm. Where that length comes from I have no idea. Because the implant can push in so much pressure internally, I kind of feel that it’s just garden variety stretching of “everything“.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

Absolutely NOT. The size is acquired during surgery, internally, stretched.

MonkFroot,
First, I gained some length and considerably more girth, with the Titan.
The length and girth, during inflation, is from the implanted cylinders. Any "swelling" of the glans is from blood flow.

Re: New Silly Titan Question
I've been thinking about that myself. The surgeon injects you during surgery to generate an erection then measures the distal and proximal distances to determine the length of the implant. In my case it was 22cm. After surgery I'm at least 1 inch shorter, but I'm told that I can regain that through cycling. Since the Titan does not increase in length, then where is that inch hiding?
Born 1956. Peyronies + venous leak. Implanted 12/12/23 Dr. Clavell penoscrotal. Proximal = 10cm, right distal = 12.5cm, left distal = 12cm due to Peyronies. 1 0.5cm RTE on the right. 125CC reservoir filled with 110ml saline. Titan OTR.

Re: New Silly Titan Question
When the length of a Titan or CX increases from flaccid to erect it may be folds in the cylinders straightening out, like an accordion. Can you feel crinkles? when deflated?

I feel a dog ear near the base, but thats normal flaccid I thought. I dont feel around too much in those folds, lumps and bumps. Still tender near the base. Still trying to imagine sex if I try to go full shaft on a chick with all the extra plumbing near undershaft where scrotum attaches.

From what I read here, the "dog ears" are common. When were you implanted? Are you concerned that if you "go full shaft", would that be too large for most women or just that you would feel pain or do damage to yourself from the extra plumbing?
