Punt distal to the end of the glans even when flaccid

On March 25th I will be in Rome to see the doctor who gave me the implant, as I have already said several times, my distal tips are too far forward, I am at the end of the glans even when flaccid, they are annoying and I am not fully enjoying my implant, someone have you had this type of problem? How did he solve it? Have you heard if there are ways to solve this kind of problem?

How far up should they be? Mine is like mid/quarter way up flaccid. I thought mine was short.

if you place your finger you can feel them, without having to push, they are at the end of the glans

when you inflate the implant do they stay halfway or do they go further because they are flaccid? Do you feel discomfort when they give you oral or when you have sex?

I can fell mine but more like 1/2 the way into the Glan flaccid. My glan does expand some so that changes little. It doesn't sound right to fell them at tips. Is your glan super flaccid and small?

although I feel the tips stuck like thorns at the bottom of the glans, "at the end of the glans", my glans swells when I am very excited, especially when I am about to reach orgasm, feeling them like thorns, if they masturbate me or give me a blowjob they are starting to hurt, I realize that if I didn't feel them like stuck thorns, it would be much better, despite feeling the discomfort like thorns I still have engorgement, it is unthinkable that the place of the tips could be this, they are right at the end of the glans both from flaccid rather than swollen, I hope the doctor can be honest and recognize that I am actually too far along, even an ignorant blind person would notice, and above all I hope something can be done

Well I am not far enough to tell you how mine will feel during sex, but I can say I did see on some side images of what was called "Erosion". It was not pertty and the tip was sticking through the glan. I will see if I can find it and send you the link, but I would complain to your Dr about your pain.

Try to place an image but can't figure it out. Just look up Penile Implant Erosion and you will see if this is what may be happening. Hope not! Good luck.
