Swollen testicles

Let me start off by saying life has been great since implanted 8 months ago.
The implant has done so much for me mentally and has given me so much confidence in the dating world being single and all.
I’ve been with several women and especially the last 3 have told me how much they have enjoyed the sex.

I’ve recently been dating someone more serious and the sex has been very frequent and needless to say she likes the marathon sex.
After the last encounter my testicles have swollen up like a grape fruit. I feel like my pump is too high and the rigorous sex is maybe causing the pump to hit the other 2 boys or tubes I dunno?
I know I have a tight scrotum so maybe Clavell did the best he could.
Has anyone else had this happen? Should this be something I should be alarmed of ?
I’m assuming I need to start icing pretty frequent to help this issue….

It could possible be a small tear but if it gets worse or don’t go away I would call the Dr soon. This is not a normal thing after 7 months. Just my 2cents. But better to let your Dr know.

I have actually had this happen a few times but weirdly it was from extensive leg tattoo. They became extremely itchy and then once I got home I realised my scrotum had become completely full and like you say a grapefruit. It died down but the next heavy leg tattoo the same thing happened. I believe it was some sort of foreign body reaction. It has since happened due to a device failure so I imagine all the saline escaped and filled it.

But the first time we're just some sort of reaction to the ink/immune response.

The pump seems to work just fine. Nothing seems out the ordinary besides the swelling.
I also wonder because she did the cowgirl style and was ramming down hard on me and the way my dicj was pointed I wasn’t able to get my dick to stay straight up and she was missing hitting me close to where the pump is. My initial thoughts it’s just bruised, and the swelling has gone down some, but not a ton.
I’m starting to get a little concerned at this point. May text Clavell tomorrow.
