Hello, I had a Titan installed 5 years ago and this past weekend, 16mar 24 I had a flat, yes the Titan failed, went to my doctor today and he confirmed. So I am going to have a revision done but I am skeptical about going back to a ipp and giving a malleable a try, the doctor thinks after having a pump that I would probably be unhappy with a malleable, what's the opinions on this site? I am 64, retired and enjoy biking, pickleball and swimming, taking all this in account, the first 6-8 months with the Titan I had a issue concealing even flaccidly it would seem to expand occasionally on its own. You do get used to it.

If you want reliability without multiple revision surgeries,. definitely go for the Malleable.

I have only had a Rigicon mallabble to compare my experience to never had an IPP. Except for bad luck with surgery and after care I can't fault the implant. 30 days out from the first surgery 6-2023 swelled up the size of my hand they thought I had an infection cut it all back open and then some never found any infection. Then 3-2024 started noticing the glans getting floppy and then the right rod starting coming to the side .. 6-2024 went in for a revision .. ended up being undersized from the beginning .. went from 13mm x 17cm to 13mm x 20cm big difference. Other than that once healed I have found it easy to conceal ... no difference than having a 20yr old erection in your pants all the time fi you can still remember those ...lol .. just have to be careful how you sit at times or how your underwear pushes on it. Compared to all the stories I have heard on here with the different issues I'm happy I ended up with a mallabble so far .. We are all overdue ot hear an update from
thedriver been a few weeks ...

Good to hear from you. With Rigi10, how long does it take to break-in, in order to be able to bend well for concealing?

Went I went in for the 4 week follow-up was able to start bending it then ... he had told me before I should bend it up down and side to side each time I take a shower .. he had put kind of a banana curve in it when he did the revision .. It took some effort to get it straight.. week 6 can put it anywhere I want it except the g/f ... lol
