If it wasn’t in my post op report with device serial numbers, I’d think my surgeon was lying.. 24cm AMS, no RTE…. My pre op measure was 5.5” length, post op I’m 3.5”flaccid and 4.25” hard… still cycling and it still hurts the gland when fully pumped.

That’s almost impossible. You cant have a crux so deep unless you are really enormous.

I would suggest get a radiography (MRI or I dont know the exact name) so you can see where exactly your cyclinder are and how much they measure

He had 5 1/2” before surgery. The fact he took 24 cm of implant is a surprise but not unheard of.

The fact that a guy who was 5 1/2” before surgery is only 4 1/4” a little over a month from surgery isn’t a surprise at all.

I think the vast majority of doctors will tell patients not to expect to be longer than they were, but after healing and cycling it’s reasonable to expect to be where you were before the implant.

At 4 or 5 weeks, a whole lot of guys still have some remnant swelling going on. I know I did. Memory tends to run together but in retrospect it seems like I got a good chunk of original size back (but not all) between month 3 and 6, and the rest of it slowly until about a year.

I’m not being Pollyanna-ish by telling a recipient of 24 cm with a 5 1/2” cock that he ought to be pretty damned close to original dimensions after healing and cycling for a year.

Txagq8 is very correct. Despite how men think. The relationship between implant length & penis length is not linear. I have a 21cm implant. But I had a deep crus so lenght wise I'm pretty much of statically average length.

Implant info & my girth is in my signature line. My girth is real. I've checked it several times. No mistake about it.

Even measuring the proximal depth has its own variations as to where the dr enters the penis. In my case, my proximal depth puts his entrance forward of my pubic bone by quite aways.

I'm not much of a fan on measuring my dick. Its pretty pointless because at my average lenght I was able to hit my wifes cervix on a regular basis.

As for Ibfuelish. Do not measure so close to your surgery date. Swelling & lack of some consistency in cycling is going to mess with your mind. Your lenght is there, its just hiding. It took me 4 months to gain 1.25 inches from my pre sugery stretch test.

IMHO, this post isn't helping men to decide to getting an implant. It only fuels the loss of lenght fears of unimplanted men.

I have read guys with 23 cm 24 cm implants with 5 inch 6 inch erections and I am confused and surprised.
my erection is 17,5cm (19cm bonepressed) and my implant is 21cm malleable.

6 weeks post op and I measured last at 4.5”… doc says he put in 24cm AMS.. but I can feel the cylinders all th way back in my taint… he did say? I got a lot of penis in there.

I’m fat though, so when I wasn’t fat, I had 5.75”… still nothing to justify 24cm of implant… I must have one hell of a root system.
