... just an FYI.

Did your uro told you that VED ( bathmate) causes VL? Most ED patients use VED to prevent size loss, so now I feel unsafe of using it.

You're advising to inflate the cylinders, then pump in an already distended state? I have 22 cm Titan Coloplast cylinders with more saline in the reservoir than I can use at this point 45 days post op. If I fill the implant to the point of pain, and then put my distended penis in a vacuum pump, that is going to hurt.

Correct
IMHO, wait a few months BEFORE you start using the VED on your inflated penis.
I didn't start using a VED until 5 months post-procedure.
Let that thing heal. Cycle per your doctors' instructions.

Hmmmm... this is an interesting thread. I had my post op appointment with Dr. Clavell two weeks ago and he told me NOT to ever use a VED post surgery. Now I'm confused.

Yes, I am confused. I talked to Dr. Clavell in February for my 6 week post op. I asked him about using a VED. He told me to go ahead but wait at least a month. :?:
