Hi Guys,
I wanted to ask what may or may not be a question relating to my implant (I'm truly not sure) to gain your input.
I have a titan implant and following the recovery period (both physically and mentally) have been seeing a lot of success especially when paired with 5mg of Cialis. I state success in basing it upon my penis still engorging when aroused (especially after several days of abstaining from masturbation), the head becoming full and hard, and the titan lending structural support as a scaffold; no issues with having sex and often the Cialis was unnecessary following the aforementioned periods of abstention. This had been the case for a few years now.
Fast forward to recent months and a change has occurred which I can't figure out.
All of a sudden it my erections / engorgement have become lesser. Including sensation. My titan still functions perfectly well but I'd swear that I can notice a difference in the blood flow to my penis, and even feel the difference as though the shaft has suddenly lost natural girth due to lack of pressure. Erections are suddenly not what they were.
When taking Cialis I no longer feel the constant 'pressure' in my penis throughout the drug's duration of effectiveness either. Morning wood is sporadic and with lesser feeling / strength, and there's no guarantee of me being able to perform.
All of these changes appear to have happened within a relatively short space of time and I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out if I injured myself somehow though there's nothing I can think of. Lifestyle changes have included some long runs as I picked up my exercise routine though not to an extreme degree.
Now, I should say that this change has overlapped with what I can only describe as a period of poor lifestyle in terms of diet and lack of sleep, stress etc. I was travelling extensively for work with little sleep for 2-3 months and my diet was shocking, steaks, booze and so on. For the first time in my life I actually experienced high cholesterol (I regularly get check ups on my health) which is of no surprise.
Now, already my lifestyle has reverted to a healthy one, and my cholesterol is returned to a perfectly healthy level as I cook, sleep, exercise, and eat well once more. I'm also 'resting' my penis and trying to be kind to it, but thus far no positive signs have appeared of its functionality reverting to what it was.
Any ideas? Injury? Further rest? Cholesterol and the extremely unhealthy lifestyle are responsible? Do I just need to wait longer? Something else?
Am really keen to hear your thoughts as some may have already experienced similar, and at same time I'm now reaching out to the consultant who performed surgery on me to see what he says.
Cheers!

Query on Sensations / Hardness over time (post-op). Possible injury?
Implanted Titan late 20s after long-term ED. Pills/pump/urethral suppositories with no success. Following implant enjoyed successful sex; 5mg Cialis standard but not required if abstaining from masturbation. Strong engorgement/pressure.

Sorry for getting into your topic, but I hve 1 question. Yo say that you travel a lot due to work. Are you usually stopped in the airport security due to the implant?
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.

I do! It can be hit and miss but I would say that two thirds of all passes through the full body scanners culminate in me being searched around my pockets hahaha

And do they ask or do you have to give any explanation? Do they search for a long time? It might be unconfortable if you are with some friends...
Thanks for your answer!

Back to your original question. As far as your natural engorgement being effected by lifestyle … sure no doubt..
but your implant should get just as hard as it ever has in anytime in the past. I’ve used cialis pretty consistently since my implant and can definitely tell the difference. Even shape goes from oval to very much round and the glans gets very firm and full when on cialis. You commented that sometimes with stimulation you could get natural engorgement without cialis… just remember that cialis stays in your system for up to 3 days! I’ve gone a week or two here and there without my daily 5mg and yes I can get engorgement but not anywhere in the same ballpark as when I am using it so I usually just take it daily.. if I miss a day here or there no big deal. If the implant is not getting as hard as usual then might get it checked by an implant Dr. also fill out your signature at the bottom of your post. It helps to know age, time since implant brand of implant and pump and other basic information. Good luck!

i experienced the same thing, gradually my sensation kept going down and my glans dont get as hard anymore, it started about a year post op. its probably the tissue gradually dying since implant surgery is considered a traumatic event. now i mostly go for the big O and dont enjoy the strokes or thrusts nearly as much. my sensation is best when i barely pump up my dick, if i get past 80% its barely sensitive even when aroused. ive been experimenting with foreskin restoration to try and get some sensation back (20 or 30% return and i would be satisfied, so i can enjoy sex with a condom) i do not expect for my sensation to come back 100%. its a trade off we made and im happy with it). im also considering experimenting with a VED to re-engorge my dick but its not really necessary. my dick works now and thats all that matters.
