It’s been difficult finding the right position for penetration. We’ve kinda been outta that business for 15 years or so due to extreme ED. Last night, some things kinda fell into place and I was able to get good penetration. Missionary, her knees up to here chest and me in a plank.

Here’s the question, what do I need to do different if once my penis is inside the vagina and my thrusts mostly move the implant inside of my corpora, instead of sliding my tissues in/out of her vaginal tissue. Kinda like my penile tissue is a loose sock on the implant tubes.

Full erection for me is 8-10 full bulb pumps folllwed by a half dozen short small squeezes. The shaft is hard and reaches into my glams perfectly.

Any suggestions?

you probabily need to pump more and increase the girth of the implant so it can adhere more.

It's very strange what you are reporting, my implant is like fixed to my corpora and not matter what it doesn't move inside

Try lots of lube!! If she’s drying out deeper inside her vaginal walls could be sticking to your skin not allowing sliding motion. My wife has issues and I regularly stop ever so often and add some lube. Also keep exercising that thing and maybe do some perito exercises and get it maxed out. I would think with the length you have you should need more pumps that what your saying. It took at least 6 months before I had gotten back most of my length and 10-12 before I was completely back.
