Day 18 (2 weeks and 4 days)

Cycling

Today was my first full day of cycling twice daily for 30 minutes each day (I’ve been doing closer to 40-45 minutes each time).

My initial impression is that I would never pump up to 100% for oral and probably not even for sex. It’s like a steel pipe. And yes, it does hurt at the max, but not excruciatingly.

This morning when pumped to the max in the last 10-15 min I jerked off and had my first good orgasm with the implant. Came a lot. Was a good feeling and good to see that it’s still pumping out same as before. I shot blanks the other two times I got off post implant but that was probably because of the flow max I was on for 14 days post procedure. I also jerked off tonight after my cycling, but this time I deflated it to about 70-80% first which made for a much more natural feeling experience.

My incision is almost fully healed, but I have a ton of swelling in my testicles. Like a lot. It’s frustrating, but Im hoping it gets better day by day. The swelling in the foreskin is mostly gone now.

My measurements are excellent post op. I was quoted a bone-pressed stretched penis length (SPL) of 17 cm (6.7 in) and when inflated at 75-80% with glands engorgement I’m getting 15.5 cm and at 100% pumped I’m getting 18 cm and this is day 2 of cycling. So I’m very optimistic. I will recover all of my size and then some. Nothing to complain about there.

I’m still adjusting to the bulge. Even deflated it’s still pretty hard. I may have some level of auto-inflation, I squeeze it all out and it looks very deflated, but then it plumps back up to like 40%. I go back to the doctor in 3 months so I’ll inquire then if it’s still an issue.

I continue to be very happy overall with my results. I’m frustrated by the huge balls I have at the moment, but I realize I’m still very early in my healing process. Day 8

Swelling continues to come down, little by little, day by day. I bought a bunch of different things on Amazon, underwear with pockets for ice packs, a nifty strap with a pouch for the balls and a hole that the dick can just hang out of, pouch underwear, etc. I’ll post links and pictures to what I found helpful in another posting. In the meantime I took some pictures documenting size before and after, which I’ll post here at the end.

I’ve already cum… kind of.

In the shower on day 6, not cumming in nearly a week got the better of me, and I let the water from the shower hit the head of my dick (hard stream) until I had an orgasm. I didn’t technically jerk off, so I figured I’d be fine, no manual simulation on my penis. I was surprised however that I did not ejaculate. However upon a little research I found that the medication I’m on post op for urination, tamsulosin (AKA Flomax) is known to cause ejaculations into the bladder, so that explains that. I haven’t bothered to do any measuring of my “new” post surgery dick yet, since I’m not even fully inflated and there’s still swelling. However, just eyeballing it, I can tell I’ll lose nothing. See the pics below.

Based on your great results so far, I think you have a very good chance of ending up bigger than before if you are good about cycling and dealing with discomfort to get the most of it. That's especially true if your doctor will later allow you to use an external pump, as that is when I really began to see size restoration, and now a little more length (but still less girth) than ever before. You are going to have a great time. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I am having. This weekend there are three days of huge sex parties to enjoy here (one with over 500 men).

Cycling and Swelling

My recovery continues to go pretty well. I went back to work this week, and aside from being pretty self conscious about this big bulge in my pants, I was able to function moderately well. I did notice increased swelling in my testicles after going in and being up and about for multiple hours. So I’m taking the rest of the week from home. I’m lucky that I run my own company, so I can basically do as I please in that regard. Still, I don’t like being away from the office this much.

Cycling:

I have continued dutifully cycling twice per day at least 30 minutes each time. But I’m usually going much longer. I like to cycle up to a comfortable erection first and keep that about an hour or so (like 85-90%) and then in the last 10-15 min take it to 100%. 100% pumped is hard as rock and hurts like hell. I have found that combining the 100% cycling with a hot shower and stroking it alleviates the pain to a degree that it’s tolerable. It seems to get a little less painful each day. When I’m cleared for full submersion, a bath will be nice for this.

Swelling:

My testicles continue to be very swollen, and for some reason that has been a surprise to me. I didn’t think it would last this long. You hear some doctors taking about sex at 2-3 weeks, and perhaps some do it, but I’m not going near anyone with these Frankenstein balls till they settle way down. My left testicle is pretty normal. The right testicle seems to be in a fluid sack with the pump. The right testicle is seemingly on top of the pump. I have taken to wearing my ball-sling that I ordered that lets my dick hang out and supports my testicles. I’m also back to sleeping with a pillow under my butt to elevate and help with the swelling.

Take-aways so far:

My penis does not seem to fully deflate. I get the cylinders empty/crinkly and in a few min it seems to plump up. I think I’m making some headway with this, but of course the swelling in my testicles doesn’t help with keeping the penis down when deflated. I think once my testicles go back to a normal size, my bulge will be more manageable.

The incision continues to heal well. It will not be noticeable at all once fully healed. There is still a little area that protrudes on the upper part of the incision that the doctor said would dissolve over the next few weeks.

I have full sensation in my penis. The erection looks good, especially when I’m excited with full engorgement.

The biggest thing that sucks so far is swelling in my testicles, it means that I can’t really exercise because that would just make them blow up even more. For someone who does vigorous cardio every day to keep off weight, this is really concerning. Happily, I have not put on weight so far.

I have to say, doing searches on this forum has been so helpful these past few weeks, it has really helped me to come down when I’ve been psyching myself out thinking I have an infection because of the swelling (I’ve never had a fever or any discharge).

All in all, I wish I could hit a fast forward button to wake up 3 months from now when things are in a much better place, but since that isn’t an option I’m taking it one day at a time.

Back in the Sack!

At my 2 week appointment last month, I got clearance to start back with oral in 2-weeks from that appointment, and today (1am) I went for it. I texted up one of my regular cocksuckers who’s been begging for it ever since I went into surgery. And we met up. I told him that I had a surgery in my groin to prevent a hernia, and that my balls were still sore so to not suck them (because while not sore they are still swollen more than I’d like).

At that level of pumping I was easily able to do all the things I normally do with my dick (rub it on his face, push it all the way down, use it to slap, etc. That would all be a much harder (pun intended) proposition with 100% iron pipe inflation.

It was a great feeling in the lead up to that encounter knowing there was no chance I’d fail to get it up. I can already tell this implant is going to allow me to enjoy my sex-life again so much more than before with the constant worry about being able to get it up.

Other updates/observations:

I’ve been monitoring my progress with daily photos of my dick and balls. The swelling in my balls continues to come down, albeit MUCH more slowly than I anticipated. And it isn’t a linear reduction, they still swell up bigger after an active day, and are smallest in the morning after a night of sleep in David Archy underwear with the separate pouch for the balls and dick. But overall the trend line with the swelling is down.

I have a small hematoma on the right side of my testicles. I called my doctor’s office about it and sent pics as they requested, and they said it all looks normal, no treatment needed. The nurse told me that I’m welcome to come in any time to be seen if there are issues I’m worried about, and that made me feel so much better. Just knowing that’s an option (because this doctor’s schedule is booked solid 2-months out if you’re trying to make an appointment online).

I continue to faithfully cycle, and I’m very pleased with how that’s going. It was very uncomfortable at 100% for the first few days, but now there’s only discomfort at the very end of my cycling where I squeeze in the last few micro pumps. While I’m not doing full scale Perito exercises, I do masturbate (without cumming for the first cycle of the day, and with cumming for the second cycle at night) and I bend the penis down and up and side to side. By doing these manipulations, I’m able to keep getting in micro pumps throughout my cycling. I’ve been told to do 30 min twice a day, I do anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours each time, twice per day. So far I’ve only missed one or two times of cycling because of my schedule, but since I go so long each time I’m not too worried about it, and i never miss a full day. I cycle while watching tv, or doing things around the house (that’s got to be some sight to see), in fact I’m cycling right now while writing this update.

As noted before, I’ve lost no size. If anything I may gain a CM or two as I continue to cycle and lose weight. I’m pulling 17 CM when fully pumped bone pressed, and 18 CM pumped, fully engorged bone pressed. I did note that with the 50 MG of viagra still in my system from last night (earlier this morning) my dick was visibly thicker and felt thicker in my hand while cycling. So I’ll definitely make it a habit to pop a half a viagra (half of a 100 MG tablet) before sex.

Deflation is getting better, and I’m adjusting to the feel of this new flaccid. I am getting used to it, less self conscious of the bulge, and I have better ways of making it go away when I really need to be bulge free (2 pairs of small underwear do that trick, albeit uncomfortably). I still think I may have some level of as auto-inflation but I’ll address it with the doctor at my next appointment in June.

6-Week Post-op Update:

4/24/24

Recovery continues mostly uneventfully. I was using alcohol swabs near my incision site too often and too long, so I developed an ugly patch of red dry skin on the under side of my dick (just as I was getting back to getting my dick sucked on the regular again… just my luck). So, I just went to the dermatologist today and now I’m applying Eucrisa ointment to that little patch, and it’s already clearing up.

Today is a big day in my recovery. At the 6 week mark I’m officially cleared to move on to penetrative sex, and I’m more than ready to roll out my new and improved dick to new hookups.

The swelling in my balls is much better, not gone by a long shot, but better. There’s still a hematoma in my scrotum, and my right testicle is still up higher because of the hematoma, but aside from that everything is progressing well. It seems to get incrementally better day over day.

I’m very happy that the swelling in the scrotum at the base of the penis has gone down substantially, so my length is getting a good visual boost. Pics attached.

Also, thanks to posts by Rodsmen and others, I got my doctor to prescribe doxy-pep alongside my prep, so I’m feeling pretty good about getting back to sex very soon. I’ve been getting oral now for a couple weeks, excited to be moving to anal this weekend.
