Many of us now have the ability but not the means to enjoy our implants and sit here wondering why we went through everything we went through just to get here sitting with our dicks in our hands ... lol

LOL,,, Giving everyone some inspiration brother,,, you never know when your going to run into someone like her,,, met her at wally world 22 years ago,,, the only thing I have ever gotten there that I haven't broke yet.
I have thousands of pic's of her, some of my favorite pic's of her she is hanging wide open oozing my loads out of her filled up pussy, don't dare post them here, they would probably kick me out of here for turning it into a porn site,,,
We are all truly blessed one way or another.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Hey thedriver, wonderful contributions from you, real added value and very entertaining. I wanted to ask you how you can recommend an MPP to a young man with your now good experience with Malleables? I mean especially in relation to non-sexual activities in everyday life such as work, sports, social events etc... an MPP sounds fantastic to me, but if you really have a permanent erection that cannot be concealed, it is unfortunately not compatible with the life of a young person. I am very grateful for your assessment!
28, Titan Touch 3/22. Length + girth back. ED all life. Feeling underfilled. Only 6-7 pumps until pump stays depressed. Hardness acceptable but not very strong. Thinking about malleable implant.

I went thru 4 IPP's in 4 years, you think I wanted another one ? and the crazy answer to that question is,,,,,,,,,,, Yes,,,,,,, I did want another one,,,,, you know why ? because of all the reading I did about the MPP' concealment problems and loss of size worries,,,,, it was a hard decision to make,,,, but now I look back at it all and say to myself,,, Geeze what a dumb ass I was for putting myself thru all of those surgeries, pain, expense, and inconvienance thru out the whole journey.

And I understand what you are saying, I'm not just laying around the house fucking all day,,, lol,, I do go out and about now and then. family events, social events, shopping and so on.

Concealment is no problem, what works for me is a little tighter underwear and put it down my left side, just looks like a well hung bulge in average jeans.
If a young guy has to pay out of pocket, don't want to go thru revision surgeries, wants a reliable hard on without failures, has health issuse's, the list go's on and on thru out this entire site with all the pro's and con's of each PP, it is all about what is right for the individual at that time of life.
I was worried about it before my mind was made up also, along with the possible size loss, then I decided whatever problems come up with it I will find a solution to it.
Come to find out concealment is no problem, and if I lost size, it wasn't very much.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

I can't even begin to imagine what you had to go through - 4 operations, what mental and physical stress. I'm even happier that you're so satisfied.

You encourage me to take the route and have an MPP implanted as soon as my current IPP fails.

As I said, my only concern is the concealment, which is why I'm so pleased to read reports that it's actually possible.

I just sometimes think to myself in certain situations (for a greeting, group photo, a professional presentation, etc.): what if I had an erection that couldn't be hidden?

But I don't have a very large penis (not small haha), which I now think is a good thing.

Best regards and continue to have fun with your wife hehe

Thedriver bro, when you said,
"a little tighter underwear and put it down my left side,"

did you mean just positioning the member or are you literally bending it? If you can, don't bend it, brother, that kills the reliability and axial rigidity of the silver rod inside over the long term.

As for rigi10 .... Rigicon company committed after long cycles of simulated tests. They have tested the Rigi10 implant upto 50,000 bend cycles in the Lab.

For example if we bend it 500 times per year

50000 ÷ 500 = 100

Then i can rely on my implant for 100 years
And by subtraction 30 years due to aggressive usage .... It will give me 70 years ... Which is fair enough for me if i died by age 120
Mbambo 41 yrs
Regicon malleable implant on 7/20/2022
Girth 13 mm per rod
Since 2017 low test , high cholesterol & prediabetes
Injecting TrT (Nebido) every 60 days
Implanted with Dr Osama Ghattas from egypt

Hahaha, stainless steel is supposedly more resilient than silver I guess! Curious, do you have to bend it straight and back everytime you pee? I can't wrap my head around peeing with a bent 90/135 degree angle!

I need to account for that in my counting as I drink and pee a lot.
