Gents:
I have an erectable penis! WOW! Brenda had asked before we left to Go to Rochester if I as nervous or anxious. I told her I was looking forward to this, it was the culmination of a long journey and the beginning of a new life for me, I was getting my dignity back! The appointment went very well. The first "pump-up" was a little painful at times, nothing I couldn't handle, but somewhat tender. I attributed the discomfort to the streching of the scrotum in the area of the incision but Deidre said it was actually scar tissue which had already formed around the pump. That tissue was now being stretched, that and the fact that the pump is still hard because of the newness explained alot. She said the tissue is a good thing,it means that the body is doing its way of creating a "pouch" for the pump. She then deflated it, showing and explaining the procedure and then she says, "OK buddy boy, your turn!" Let's just say, I will need some paractice, but I know where all the parts are, how they work and what it will get to! This time, pain was pretty much gone during the process, and she siad "I told you the first one is the worst", and that is why she does it. She says we, "men", would be too "pussy" about it. She is a stitch! I inflated and deflated in various postions, ie: standing, sitting, laying down. I will learn a process that works for me. Dr Nehra was very happy with his artistry, my words, said I had healed just the way they like to see. I was able to obtain a 4.33 inch erection on the second inflation, and it is STRAIGHT!!! At first I was somewhat disapointed. Dr. Nehra was so kind in helping me to understand the bigger (lol) picture: I had a usable erection for the first time in so long, it was straight, it will bring me much happiness. I was grateful for his words, it made me realize what a beautiful gift I was given. Brenda was able to "work the controls' as well, in fact both Deidre and Dr. Nehra involved her, it was just a great experience for both of us. i will gain some additional length and girth and it is not inceivable, their words, to get to 5 inches, which was always my goal. The peyronie's and ED robbed me of atleast 1" of my length, my eventual outcome will be remarkable. To say I am happy does not do justice to how I feel, Without you guys, The Mayo Clinc, Dr. Nhera and Deidre, and especially Brenda, it would have difficult to make the choice for the implant, let alone go forward with it. I am grateful and thank you all! Matt

Woo-Hoo!!
All of us here in the Cheerleader section are jumping, doing back flips and shaking our pom-poms with happiness Matt.
Be careful with that thing, you might put their eye out.

Happy Inflation Day, man!
Thanks for letting us share your exuberance, Matt. I don't know when it would be more difficult to go back to work--right after the surgery, or right after inflation!
