They may not do 100 a year or even 50 but they have experience. I am talking with a urologist that has done close to 100 total, he seems genuine and described the procedure, I have looked up as much as I could find about him, but it is hard to find much, and that is on most of them. I look up lawsuits, mal-practice, complaints and reviews, alot of complaints that I have found about him is bedside manner or his staff canceling appts. or not returning calls, and these were a few years ago so hopefully somehting has changed there in the office. All I want is a physician that can perform the work with success and that be the end of it. How else can all the other surgeons become top tier if not given the opportunity, Top Tier is an aging group.

A lot of doctors have the drive to be the best there is. They do this through Colledge and med school. And a drive for personal wealth. They can do it in different ways. One is by publishing studies and developing surgery technics or even surgery tools. And even self-promotion. I was on this site many years go and took time off to get to a point that I could self pay for a very good doctor. My local doctors have poor results. When I came back the site had changed servers and I could not remember my old sign in information and I had to start over with this user name. The first time I was on we had a moderator and he advised me that Kramer had be found to have set up accounts to promote himself. But he had things set up to make things smooth and easy for men to fly in from anywhere for his surgery. But after my surgery I found that those accounts were being used to discredit anyone who had problems from his surgery. A year after my surgery he parted from University of Maryland and went to Chesapeake Urology for a year. He left CU on short notice over his testimony in a rape trial. He left the men scheduled for implants hanging. Then he went on an overseas Rigicon implant tour. There were little gaps of time in between these and a bit longer one after he returned until he finally started up again in Cape Cod. My experience with him is that he is a skilled surgeon. But no one is perfect and his way of dealing with the few bad results that he has had, and there was a number of them, was more of a denial by him and attack of men who had posted the problems on this site. A search of this site will find those years ago. Still with that there are many men who had great results with him.

No one is perfect as I posted, and any doctor can and will have some bad outcomes. Most we can do is to reduce the odds of that happening. So just something to know up front that this is what has happened in the past. I have very little information on him in the time he has been at CC. So I do not know if he has changed at all.

Great point ☝️ ☝️

However, after that some unhappy patients appeared, and going out of the market for more than a year till moving to Cape Cod also had a negative impact on his practice.
I also wonder why he insists on using LGX on most of his patients. No one-size-fits-all. I cannot compare him with doctors like Eid, Hakky, Clavell, and Perito.

Who is the 5th one? You only mentioned 4 of the big 5!

I didn't say there are 5. There are some other good doctors like Karpman and Yafi in CA and Cordon in FL. Many more who have happy patients.

Hahaha, got it :D

I believe FT is the most reliable source. It is where most implanted men are sharing their experiences and opinions. If we make a pol here on the top 10 implanters, I think there are about 4 or 5 surgeons will always be in the lists. I base my recommendation on what I have read here on FT in the last 4 years. I didn't see negative reviews on Eid, Hakky, Clavell, or Perito, although there plenty of men implanted by these doctors. Many others are implanted by other surgeons with excellent results, but there is still little information about them.
I am implanted by an unknown surgeon at Kaiser. My result is very good. I can't say he is as good as Eid, because I don't know if there are other patients of him who are unhappy.

These 4 surgeons also seem to have charming personality traits that can win the hearts of patients!

Excellent points to consider. Thank you. Having 100 surgeries under one's belt is not bad at all! I mean, come on, 100 surgeries! Coloplast has an excellent physician finder that highlights certain doctors with a "Center of Excellence" seal, which helps identify those with significant experience in these procedures. It would be nice if Boston Scientific/AMS also awarded some title for experienced surgeons. As a newbie with no exposure to FrankTalk, it's easy to get lost on a quest for that "high volume" title!

Read newbie443's post above, and search for Kramer. I do not recall who are the members who posted, but a thorough search can get you some results.
