I’m hearing you and feeling for you. I have the Boston scientific apparatus which is allegedly easier to pump and deflate, but when you deal with a sac which has been opened and have stuff crammed in and up your cock, it does get dicey with the pain.
I still, after seven months have bits of pain both in the sac AND fingers when I deal with it.
All I can tell you, is that it WILL get better!

I tend to not be able to keep my hands away from it, often pumping and deflating several times a day, either to demonstrate to anyone who asks, or to “deal with my honey”.
Have you tried doing this in the shower or a tub of hot water? It softens the skin, pump and loosens the tissue inside the scrotum to make everything more supple and accessible.

Congratulations! I'm scheduled to have my AMS 700 CX put in at the end of next month, so will be following this post to find out what lies ahead.
Everyone says how happy they are with their implants, and I know it's the right choice, but I'm nervous about getting through the initial days and adhering to the recovery protocols. Hoping I come out the other side as pleased as everyone else.

I CAN SQUEEZE AND SQUEEZE. THAT BULB WILL NOT SQUEEZE, AND TOO PAINFUL SQUEEZING THE SCROTUM SKIN

My URO, the AMS Rep, and I are still working on it. But this problem with the pain and difficulty DOES NOT PUT YOU IN A SEXY MOOD OR TO WANT TO ENGAGE IN SEX. I have even tried pain pills before trying to pump.
