Best Implantat

Postby Lilo94venösleak » Mon May 27, 2024 4:40 pm

Hello members, briefly about me, 30 years old, suffer from venous leakage and would like an implant. I decided on the flexible one myself. Advantages: in my opinion, it lasts longer, you don't need to pump. I've only heard that there are several brands. Of course there is a lot of advertising but I would like to get a few opinions and experiences from people who already have one. I just know that I want to have a stiff erection again. I've heard that tactra is better here. Is it true that the erectile dysfunction is catastrophic? You can just tell that it is unsatisfactory.

The first step should be decide on a Dr to do the implant. Find one you trust and preferably one that specializes in men’s sexual health and implants as his primary practice.Ask many questions and get a cash price or see if your insurance pays. Next I would get advice from whatever Dr you decide on and his opinion on which malleable you should use. Sorry I may be way behind in your quest for an implant but these are the first steps.you might find that you’ll need to interview with more than one Dr to feel comfortable with him and then your options may be limited to which brand you get based on the Dr you choose. Even the top implanters have preferences on which brand they use. Perito primarily uses coloplast but I’ve heard he does AMS also where Eid primarily uses AMS but will use a coloplast if it’s needed for specific situations. One step at a time.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Rider1400 makes excellent points that I'm going to repeat and add my two cents.

1. **Surgeon Selection:** Choose an experienced surgeon.
2. **Brand Recommendation:** Ask the surgeon to recommend a brand or discuss the pros and cons of all brands to make an informed decision.
3. **Aggressive and Safe Sizing:** You want to be sized aggressively and safely. Sizing confidence comes from the surgeon's experience with a specific brand. In other words, don't select a brand that the surgeon has used only once or never before.

- **Coloplast Genesis:** 20-year track record, 10-year warranty, silver reinforcement, very malleable
- **Rigicon Rigi10:** 5-year track record, lifetime warranty, stainless steel reinforcement, malleability increases with the number of bend cycles
- **Boston Scientific Tactra:** 5-year track record, 5-year warranty, nitinol reinforcement, most rigid malleable

Both responses are correct , talk to the doctor and if you don't feel comfortable go to another.

I love my titan, 96% satisfaction rate with the 3 piece, i would guess with a high volume doctor its 98%+. I personally didnt want a boner 24x7, with the inflatables you can go soft and get harder. Both have positives, and you will have very high odds of being happy with what ever you choose. Best wishes.

I like the constant flaccid state. If the pump stops working with inflatables, will it become a constant hard-on until the revision surgery? Now it's not bendable for concealing and this scares the shit out of me.

An implant is the Nuclear Option !! It is irreversible. Make sure that everything else fails first.

First line - pills, etc.
Second line - injections
Third line - implant

I think you should try injections first. If you are relatively young, venous leak can be dealt with.

Yes, I know an implant is the last solution but what should I do? It is possible for you but it is currently difficult when standing or on your knees to maintain an erection. And this bottle is horrible, the side effects are very dangerous, I have tried everything. I don't have to say that my erectile dysfunction is caused by an operation in the pelvic area.

Perhaps a constant hard-on is possible, but I've never seen it here. The typical situation is that it stays soft rather than staying hard. The usual problem seems to be that something leaks which means there is no fluid available to inflate the implant.
