And this bottle is horrible, the side effects are very dangerous, I have tried everything. I don't have to say that my erectile dysfunction is caused by an operation in the pelvic area.

Most comments i have seen, me included about getting an implant “I wish i had done it sooner” i didnt do injections because of the scarring issues and its only recommended to use it twice a week. I want sex every day, the implant gave that to me. I would recommend getting several consultations from high volume docs, ask them about all your concerns, then will all the information at hand make your choice.

Every surgery has risks, look up breast augmentation gone wrong, infections are a slight but real concern. I was at a point where i didnt care if the surgery screwed me up because i was already screwed up where sex wasnt fun, so why not…. If your not there then dont let internet folks talk you into anything. Just wait if your too nervous.

Perhaps a constant hard-on is possible, but I've never seen it here. The typical situation is that it stays soft rather than staying hard. The usual problem seems to be that something leaks which means there is no fluid available to inflate the implant.

Good point. It makes me wonder if this is the reason why implant engineers are not going too overboard with leak prevention strategies.
