Maybe is because Im at day 13 after surgery but Im finding it difficult to hide this. For one, my penis does not stay flat towards belly button, even with tight underwear is not parallel 90 degrees or 12pm to the body, but rather more like 1:30pm so it sticks out
I wear baggy sweatpants and long shirt this hides it kind of but you can still see a semblance of something sticking out
Im not big at all, less than 6 inches long. I have rigicon malleable which advertises 135 degree
I think is also because im still very swollen so my balls and pubic area are swollen making everything bulge out more than if they weren’t
The only way i would be able to hide it is to bend it towards the floor so is at least 90 degrees, so it stays there thanks to memory and no gravity pulling it
But im too early to be bending it. I still have pain just walking. I read you’re not supposed to bend at all in first 6 weeks to avoid putting pressure on the internal sutures
That’s literally the only way to hide it cause if you point it towards the belly button even with tight underwear, gravity is going to pull it down so it points more straight, making it stick out
Thats whole advertising of malleable implant and their bendability, you’re supposed to conceal it by bending the implant downwards and will stay there thanks to memory then when you want to have sex you just bend it up

I cannot bend my implant. But you are in early stage. I put baby sock and wear underwear half to make my penis stay near my abdomen. It s not perfect but works
