You will be implanted by now. Just follow the docs advice, read up here or ask a question, and you should be up and running with your new dick very soon.

Im just coming up to 3 months post-op, and it was absolutely the right decision.

The recovery takes a bit of time, but good stuff happens pretty quickly within a couple of weeks.

I am back. Had trouble logging in upstairs on other devices. Not so on my Man Cave PC in the basement. Improved enough to navigate the stairs today!

All is well, I think. Surgery was Monday (6/3) afternoon. Doc put in a Boston Sci AMS 700CX 21 cm, with no RTE. He said I didn't need any RTEs, and it all went well. The Boston Sci rep assisted him.

Stayed in hospital overnight, went home Tuesday afternoon, and have been doing very little since then. A lot of peeing, which doesn't hurt but is a bit difficult.

Penis appears to be semi-inflated, as it sticks out rigid at 3 o'clock -- but short, which is OK right now. Bruises on it. Sack is black and very swollen. Been trying to keep ice on it most of the time. Pain level has slowly decreased each day (Norco every 4-5 hours and a super-ibupofren about once a day. Groggy and constipated; groggy is OK, but I really need to poop, but not going to force it and strain.

Walking gingerly around the house (stairs today).

Have appointment for Monday (6/10) with PA to take out staples if OK to do it. Activation day is set for July 10.

Am I on track and all of the issues are expected? Advice here will be much appreciated.

I get thoughts of "why did I do this to myself?" right now, but from what I've read on here, and what my doc has told me, it will be much better next week, and even better the week after, and come July 10 I will be a very happy camper. And, after cancer and chemo last year, this isn't really that bad.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

Congrats Camper! Everything you are describing sounds normal, better than it went for me. My bruising and swelling got worse during the first week, but second week dropped precipitously. You’ll be fine.
49. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
