Not sure what the cutoff is for a high volume surgeon is but he has done hundreds if not thousands of implants. I was very happy with my surgery with him. He is easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions. He does both Titan and AMS implants and will cover the pros and cons of each. It is a hospital setting so cost prohibitive if you don't have insurance. I had Harvard Pilgrim so I only paid what was left on my deductible for the insurance. They did a great job getting everything cleared with the insurance company as well.
I just really thought the peace of mind from talking to a doctor who actually listened to my questions and answered them was a rare commodity nowadays.

I’ll check this doc too. But mostly I am sesrching a doc in mass. Maybe masshealth can cover.

So, just try to focus on your upcoming procedure, select the right surgeon, and enjoy your life. No one knows how the implant will last. It can go for 20 years or might break in a year or so, but implants are made to last for more than 15 years.
If I am paying out of pocket, I would still get a high-volume doctor within the range of 20K. I don't think there a good implant surgeon in the US charging way less than that.

I do not know how you get this impression that I do not have implant yet but I have. 2.5 months post surgery and screwed up by first doc, so…I do not think revision before surgery I know I need

Sorry. I didn't know that you already had an implant. It wasn't mentioned in your post and you may need to add a signature, so that we know about your history. All the best!

It is all okay man, I know you are trying to be helpful
