I hope you are suing the doctor that put that in. I certainly am mine since 3 other urologist who do the surgery said the implant that i had installed was installed wrong and was unusable.

I think this forum deserves to know the name of your first surgeon in order that
one or the other ED patient in general
can avoid this address in the future for an implant option !!!

It is hard for me to believe this doctor is among the top known specialists we
all have heard of in this forum, as altering the device physically is never an option
that we have learned of.
AMS has always a rep present at each surgery to watch and advise. Not sure if Coloplast Titan serves
in that fashion as well; seems doubtful here, as they would surely not approve to cut the tips during surgery.

Yes, your next step must be an excellent attorney aside from a speedy recovery.

Hi BR,

Sorry to hear about your need for revision surgery, and sorry to hear about your continuing pain.

Those tips sure look ugly. It appears that those sharp tips are in the proximal end, the part deep inside you? And that the distal end, that goes in the glans, was not altered? Do I understand correctly? And that the "erosion" you refer to would normally be in the distal end, not the end with the sharp edges. Was that the case with you?

Finally, when Dr Kramer did the revision surgery, what damage did he find from the sharp tips and what did he have to do, if anything, to repair it?
