Filling head with blood

My problem is I can’t get my glands hard enough with out using a penis pump. Any one else have this problem? What other solutions are any of you using? I have a titan 24 cm implant December 2021 by Dr. Alex Tatum in Indianapolis

I suggest using Cialis regimen which taken daily will firm up the glans. VED is the option too. Makes for a teenage bursting plum. I like that.

Dr Eid mentioned also using fillers which are expensive and last up to 6 mos
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

I also use cialis daily 5mg and occasionally 10mg on sex days makes a significant difference.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Sometimes it fills up better if it’s not 100 percent pumped. Try maybe 75 or 80 percent. If that doesn’t help, i recommend trying cialis like others mentioned.
