He suggested an implant, I was a little hesitant but then said OK. I received my implant on 3/26/24. So far I am extremely happy with it.

I was 74 when I was implanted on January 2nd of this year. I did not have cancer but I had issues with getting and maintaining an erection. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I had the surgery done by Dr. Clavell in Houston. Very little pain, I would call it discomfort. If you decide to have the surgery it is most important to pick an outstanding physician. I would recommend Dr. Clavell. If that's not possible really do your research in selecting someone else. Good luck!

I wish that I knew about implants a lot earlier... I wouldn't have wasted years of anxiety and feeling less than a man...
My advice is... Go for it, what have you got to lose.... 75 now and have had the implant for nearly 8 years.

I'm a 74-year-old male in great physical shape, with no meds, post-prostatectomy, and radiation, and I am trying to decide if other men had the implant procedure done. I sure miss having an erection. Thank you for replying.

Story near exactly as yours. PCa surgery 07/17 stage 3 ,followed 1 year later with RT. Have not tried TRT. Measurements seem exactly the same as well. One year after revision with cycling and VED I measure pumped 6 1/4 X 5". I will post pictures of un-inflated Titan installed. My recommendations, do your research, find a high volume surgery you're comfortable with and make your decision. I wouldn't rush however I wouldn't wait too long. My only regret is that I didn't do it earlier. Oh yes, I will be 75 this year.

Thank you for your reply.

Had my implant done at 70 years old by Dr. Hakky in Atlanta.
74 now and I'm very happy with the results. Works like a charm.
I fill like it's the best thing a impotent man can do for himself. It
will give you confidence and improve your self-esteem, knowing you can
have sex as often as you and your wife desire and stay rock hard until you decide
that you want it soft.
If I can help you in anyway please frre free to reach out to me for a chat.

I turned 70 one week prior to my implant.
Absolutely amazing.
I am mesmerizing two girlfriends with it and
went to Aruba red light district and f..ked
4 twenty something Columbian girls over the course of 3 hours (half hour each at 40.00 each), only cummed once with one but pretty much destroyed four pussies with this bionic tool.
My recommendation is to focus on the best overall health you can through diet and exercise to compliment the sexual ability you have with the implant. Also, TRT is a great youth enhancing treatment for older guys. Get your levels checked and talk to your doctor or a mens sexual health clinic.
Make the most of your free (Medicare covered) implant. Sex is what will keep you young and motivated. Your ego will be over the top as you impress women friends.
Best decision I ever made in my life but get the best surgeon ( high volume) you can.
Mine was a piece of cake with Dr. Francois Eid.
Age 70
Pills didn't work well. Trimix worked good for 3 years, then only fair for following 3 years but need a cock ring in conjunction.
Implant 12/6/2023 Dr. Eid
Coloplast Titan 20 cm with right side trimmed to 19 cm. No RTE. Classic pump.

Had my implant in October of 2023, one month after my 79th birthday. Bionic dickdom is the only way to go! AMS 700. Lost a bit of length and girth, but it gets hard and makes my wife happy whenever she gets the urge.. I let her tell me when she wants it, and I can fuck as long as she can stand it before the pussy gets raw,. LOL

Thank you, Ray. Very inspiring to my decision to go forth with an implant. My wife is not interested in sex, but I still love masturbation.
