24CM Titan implanted 3/20 by Dr. Clavelle. Have a replacement scheduled end of July for an AMS.
The main issue is flaccid. It feels awful to me. It literally feels like I have large fast-food straws crammed in my dick…
I know you’re not asking for comments from those with just Titan experience, but I wanted to share my thoughts since I am only about 30 days ahead of you. Although I have not had as much concern about the appearance, feel, etc., as it seems you may, I have certainly been aware of many of the issues you present. I do think that you should give it more time because of the various improvements I have seen over just the last 30 days or so. I really feel that over the last few weeks my implant is beginning to feel more like just a part of me. I think there are less moments of discomfort, tips feel better, the pump and tubing feel better…
I’m in a long-term relationship so she has been with me through the entire process and she loves my new dick. She’s felt the dog ears and the ways the cylinders feel when deflated, but having also felt and enjoyed the great on demand hard cock, I think she would tell you it’s even better than the original. Pumping it up will easily make it feel better when she’s playing with it. A few pumps don’t remove the dog ears for me, and probably won’t for you, but when a woman is playing with it pump it up to 50-60% and it feels better for both.
I also believe the crinkly feeling is more exaggerated for us than it is for someone else handling our penis. I have asked my partner and she doesn't hear any crinkles or think it feels like I do. We are feeling it with our hands and we are feeling it from the inside.
Feel free to reach out if I can be of any help. I know all of our outcomes are different and the timing is not consistent, but if things are working and you’re not in any pain consider giving it more time. Although an AMS may feel a bit more natural flaccid, many of the same concerns will still be there, and there are a host of new ones that could emerge.
