Wolfpacker maybe this is an even bigger issue for the people with Titans just like i would imagine the chance of erosion is higher since it puts constant pressure both girth and lengthwise, while other implants shrink more and dont put as much pressure?
This issue is a bummer since i always thought that you get to keep the bloodflow if you have any in the corporas after implant surgery, but now i see this might not be the case..

I posted some weeks ago seeking advice on loss of sensation and in hindsight it was... not worded very well. High-level overview:
- I've had success following Titan implant
- Often 5mg Cialis only needed if even that
- Great engorgement and sensation
The bad stuff:
- over the past ~9 months I've seen worsening erections and sensations, a steady decline over time
- Cialis now no longer does anything despite years of consistent success
- this coincided with a seriously unhealthy period of diet/lack of exercise/lack of sleep
I'm working on improving cardio fitness and diet again though as yet no improvements to my erections. The implant is functioning as per usual afaik. When attempting kegal exercises I now feel much less sensation; I can't feel the pinch towards the end of my penis or indeed much of the shaft.
Is it possible that a steadily weakening pelvic floor has reared its ugly head and could be the cause of this? Cause of relative weakness being prolonged unhealthy lifestyle as stated aboveI; I would also have frequently been straining to poop and my understanding is that this too could contribute to weakness.
Bizarrely my erections seem to kick in somewhat at spontaneous times should I be driving my car / in a unique leg position but I'm struggling to recreate and it's in no what what it should be. I should say too that I think I may have been too rough in masturbating as this worsened in a bid to regain the experience of the act.
I never attempted a pelvic floor exercise routine but am picking them up now and doing my best with YouTube videos. I'm also embarking on a reduced frequency of masturbation to give my nerves some rest.
I'll update as I go should any success occur though would be grateful for opinions. The decline in Cialis effectiveness as this situation has worsened over time before now not working at all has shocked me.
you aren't the only one, i also made a post a while ago about this very topic. i started losing sensation after my 1st year and now its barely pleasurable. my theory was that it was due to my much larger flaccid and having the sensitive skin rub the inside of my pants all the time, so i embarked on foreskin restoration for a few months. it didnt help much with sensation and it freaked me out having anything on my implant so i stopped. Funnily enough, i noticed my excess precum when aroused stopped and my pelvic floor doesnt spasm nearly as hard as it used to at orgasm, so my next theory was yours! if this is what is in store for us i would have rather been a hermit masturbating with a limp noodle than accept this. an orgasm is about a satisfying as a snack when you are starving. exchanging orgasms and sensation for a hard dick is NOT A GOOD TRADE.
29 years old and suffered from ED for over 16 years
I had hard flaccid (Potentially Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction) , turned to long flaccid after priaprism incident.
implanted June 24 2022
24 cm XL Titan
L: 5.7 G: 5.0 (no arousal)
L:6.5 G:5.3 (aroused)

Agree with both of you, the first year the implanted penis felt great but now at year 3 i feel I've definitely lost a good amount of tissue and sensation
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Re: Implant with Worsening Sensation
Have you attempted bumping up your daily Cialis dose to 10 mg?
Re: Implant with Worsening Sensation
To give you some hope, there are currently a few drugs in development that could regrow peripheral nerves and also erectile tissue (if that is what's causing the issue). Look up Winsantor and CF602. I am sorry you folks are going through this
28, single, ED for several months after stretching penis

Re: Implant with Worsening Sensation
Seems so weird that one loses tissue over time with the implant. I would think that the damaged tissues from surgery would in time even regrow a bit…
Sorry you guys have to go through this especially since you were happy with your initial result of the surgery. As for not having as strong orgasms, since you have pelvic floor issues maybe some work with the muscles in that area will strengthen your orgasms? Thats what i would try in your situation.
Objectively i would still choose a hard penis over a limp noodle but i have no idea of your actual situation and how it feels. Really hope AI can bring about some medical breakthroughs so that erectile tissue can be restored with injections or something.
Thanks for bringing awareness to this guys.

First time seeing this compliant. Is this common?
Wolf,
how can you tell your tissue has atrophied? Did you notice overall shrinkage? Would injecting with a filler fix this?

The glans engorges less and feels thinner, tissue in certain spots around the shaft feels thinner as well like less meat between the implant cylinders and the outer skin. I may get filler at some point, but it's only done in the shaft not the glans

On top of all the other issues, if we're going to lose sensitivity as well, what's the point of any of this... sorry this feels like a losing game. My biggest concern was implant failing but now losing all sensation is an even bigger fear. I thought it was usually the other way around, people lose sensitivity at which and then fully recover after a year or so.

Yes it does get better for the first year, the atrophy happens in the years after that
