Does malleable get thicker with time?

Before surgery my girth was 5.75 all my life even tho i had some scar tissue confirmed by surgeon

Im at almost 4 weeks and not aroused it looks 5 to 5.25 at best. More like 5. I haven’t measured.

When I get morning wood after waking up, my penis feels harder and a bit bigger so maybe 5.25 when “hard”

Ive been told in the beginning you just feel the rods and after a few months when scar tissue capsule forms around the rods and youre healed and blood flow back to normal, your girth improves

But my girth right now pales in comparison of what i had before

This either means maybe i was undersized tho the surgeon told me, he put the biggest implant that fit

Or it means most of my girth didn’t have that much to do with the cavernosa tissue but rather spongiosum under penis, maybe skin or tissue around it. Now that tissue is damaged and as I recover it will get bigger with arousal?

Length is a bit less but maybe from my pubic being swollen

I don’t know if after a few more months my girth will thicken and maybe ill recover my original girth when aroused?

But if not then i may consider those hyaluronic acid injections

Girth was my best asset as i was never longer than 5.9 inches in length

i have the tactra and had the same result as you . 13mm rods .i have had it over 2 months and there isnt any change in girth and i dont think there will be .
the spongy tissue is destroyed when they use dilators to make room for the implant . i miss my 6 inch girth . but i am procrastinating about getting HA fillers because i have to go out of the country from the Philippines to s korea,and just leaving this country and returning on a tourist visa is complicated . plus the 2-week downtime . but i am looking forward to having it done .

on the other hand having a hard dick 24/7 is great . Even with the girth loss ,i have had 2 pinays and they always want to come back for more. i can wear them out .

not at all . the first month while in swim trunks it was noticeable, but not in cargo shorts . while in the water at the beach before i get out i sometimes i tuck it down along my thigh .as it tends to move up some from sitting in the water . other wise its fine

I ask because I wear trousers and jeans often and worry about it looking like I'm constantly pitching a tent, but if bending it along my leg or something isn't an issue...

Your blood flow may improve a tad when fully healed. Some ppl also use pills to achieve maximum blood flow around an implant.

I find viagra and cialis help get more blood to the glans and perhaps it is a bit more sensitive .. it will never expand pre-implant size ...

Were you using pills prior? I used a ton of cialis prior and thought after implant it would not be necessary. Since implant I obviously get rock hard and I have no regrets about that at all. However the first few months I had a very oval erection when pumped. By 5-6 months I had a little more engorgement when really turned on. I started using cialis daily or every other day and have noticed a much rounder erection. Around the urethra definitely get filled out and when really turned on I even fill out on top giving me a very round erection much like it was in the younger days. I’m sure a malleable is different as what you have is what you got. That’s just one of the differences. Try a little cialis and see if it helps with girth.

well first it lays down by itself . i wear tight boxer briefs and i might need to push it down a little more to the side next to my leg with swim trunks . not at all with cargo shorts . [although if a girl rubs her butt up against me dancing, then they feel that it is hard . which is fine with me and they like it as well. the 2 were taking turns doing that and were not shy about it ] the time when i would say im bending it is for sex . Then it's to pull it up.
it does not stay sticking straight out or standing straight up unless the underwear is holding it in that position
my only complaint is the loss of a lot of girth . 1 inch . thats something to consider .

And now when not aroused is probably 5 inches at best

I havent measured maybe 5.2 aroused

When i arouse it gets harder and maybe a bit bigger but nothing considerable

Oh well i guess is better to have a 5” girth that works all the time than 6” that fails
