56 yr old with diabetes and low T. Used all oral meds at one time or another then moved to injections when they stopped working..injections pretty much stopped working about a year ago. I was surprised with insulin approved 1st try.. I am scheduled to get Coloplast Titan this upcoming Monday. Just wanted to introduce myself. Been lurking and reading for the past 6 months.

Hopefully you already have your Pain Meds. I would take a Pain Med on your way out of the hospital. Don't wait until you get home or to your hotel. Day 1 was rough for me. I took my Tramadol every 6 hours instead of every 8 hours.
Day 2: I only took one Pain Med ( Tramadol) because they were making me nauseous.
Day 3: I Drove out of the city, then let my wife drive the 4 hour trip home.
Ice helps a lot.........It will be your friend for the next week or so.
I am 3 weeks into it now, most of the bruising has gone away, but still a little pain here and there. Pain is probably on a scale of 2 out of 10. My nuts still hurt a bit.................lol
Good Luck

Hope your surgery and recovery goes well. If you've done a lot of reading here you should know how to prepare.

Wishing you the best on Monday. As has already been said, make sure you have all your meds before surgery and ice up.
