If i remember right, he uses a mixture of HA and something else .and it's done in mexico as well. But the ones that are permanent can lump up and if its needed to be removed ,the penis has to be cut open, basically peeled open . I pass on taking that chance .

I confess. I spent years worrying about the size of my dick. I know that sounds odd coming from someone who, for all intents and purpose, was packing 7x6.

I was a grower. I thought everybody doubled in size when erect.

I had a late puberty. Junior high & high school I was always the littlest dick in the locker room.

So yeah, I spent a lot of time researching dermal fat grafts and injections and HA and alloderm and the procedure where they cut and move the supporting tendons that hold your dick to the pubic bone. Fortunately, I was always too cheap to have this done.

I went so far, once, to schedule and go thru a consult with a phalloplasty surgeon. God was being nice to me, this one was honest instead of simply seeing dollar signs. He told me that he would not advise surgically altering a thick 7 inch (it measured 6.85” at the consult) penis.

Eventually I realized that I might not have been huge but I was big, and I needed to learn to use it.

Every surgery is accompanied my some risk. You have to look at risk-vs-reward. Do a risk analysis.

Having an inflamed appendix removed passes risk-vs-reward test. So does a hernia repair. So did getting an implant.

Cosmetic fattening up an otherwise healthy penis? Not so much.

Anybody read news stories or seen pictures of the aftermath when a woman tried to enlarge her buttocks with industrial silicone acquired at an auto parts store? The end result was like instead of an implant, they decided to enlarge and permanently erect your dick with bondo. No thanks.

Having an implant is prosthetically restoring proper function. Injecting a foreign substance for the sake of a little thickness is madness.
