Removal without replacement?

I have a broken implant and am seriously condiering getting it removed, but not replaced. I know this is possible, but I don't fully understand what the long-term ramifications would be.

Of course it would be impossible to have an erection. I don't mind.

The penis would be smaller? How small? I guess much of the internal structure is gone.

I know there's an issue with fibrosis. It would be impossible (or very difficult) to opt for a new implant after a while. That's ok.

I'm mostly worried about being able to pee normally, and I don't want any pain or deformity.

Is removal without replacement a feasible option, or really bad idea? Thanks for any insights!

You need to talk to your Dr. I cannot understand why you wouldn't but that is your decision, why not put in a malleable? That would keep the fibrosis away. But you need to talk to your Dr.

why not just leave it doesn't matter if its broke there's guys on here went years with one that didn't inflate

To get useful advice I think you need to say more about why you want to get it removed. Why not leave it in? After all, any surgery has some risks. I'm not saying that's the right answer for you, but it seems like on obvious choice to consider, so it would be useful to understand why it's a bad choice for you?

My concern would be that the cavernosa would grow together after removing the cylinders giving you a flat, bent or crooked dick. I would definitely put a call into Clavel in Houston or Perito in Florida. Maybe they would get back with you. They both have a website that has a place for questions.
