I have Titan, but my flaccid looks great--and natural, I guess.

I don't deflate 100%, though--like squeezing as much as possible out of the tubes.

There's so many questions a man can have about implants before being able to make a decision, a well made "hands on" or "feedback" video from an actual implant owner would help a ton...

I fail to see any value to inflation videos. Ok, some guy squeezing a hunk of flesh in his scrotum. Penis slowly rises to fully erect.

The reason those videos don't show anything is because there really isn't much to see.

Well, it's more or less the same with injection demonstration videos, one could say... yet they are very helpful at the start of one's treatment.

Choose the CX. LGX is perfect in the flaccid state, but I'm not happy with the erect state.
The pump is big, but not annoying. Actually I like to play with it :)

What do you not like about LGX in erect state?

I’ve had my AMS since October of 23. Ed encroached about te years prior, so there was a bit of that dreaded atrophy, which meant that I lost a bit of size. I find that there is a bit of a hook in the left side of my penis which disappears if I squeeze about five times and it straightens to a nice shape. You might try deflating and re-I flatiron g to the degree which appeals to you?
It’s never going to be like your original shape, but hey, my friend, you’re now operational on demand.

I'm also curious as to why you don't like it in the erect state.

I'm also curious why choose CX instead of LGX?, another question, is the LGX pump different from CX?

My understanding is the LGX can be a bit more wobbly than the CX, but I don't have an implant yet, so guys with an implant should be the source of information

But this is what I have read, that the LGX is a bit more wobbly than the CX, but provides greater length potential and so is a good choice for men concerned about length

What I am curious about is if one implant is more durable than the other.

In regard to the LGX, I have no personal experience other than the research I did prior to my implantation and ultimately choosing the CX for me and my lifestyle. I have explained my reasoning many times on FT, so I'll spare you the details yet again.

Your anatomy determines your length and girth. Period. The claim that the LGX can expand in length and girth may be true (to a very small degree), but you're not expanding beyond what your body will allow. To be able to claim this expansion in length and girth, AMS builds the LGX out of different material than the CX, which in turn sacrifices rigidity. This is a very well known trade-off in terms of the LGX.

No reputable doctor is going to install in your penis a device that will expand beyond your measured length or girth, that would be malpractice and likely result in damage, erosion, and/or complications. Think about it. If you measure 22cm, the doc is going to put in a 22cm implant, whether it's a Titan, CX or LGX. They are not going to measure you at 22cm and install an implant that can "lengthen" to 24cm. As a matter of fact, I read where initially doctors were putting in shorter than measured LGX cylinders to account for the possibility of the cylinders stretching. From the papers I've read, I don't believe that's the recommended practice any longer.

There's a reason that Coloplast, nor any other implant manufacturer, hasn't spent the time and money to develop a similar product to compete with the LGX's claims of expansion. They know us, we're men, we want our dicks to get bigger when we pump them up. This is nothing more than marketing by AMS, they attract those that believe the pump in their sac will make their penis bigger than it's ever been. Not true, and furthermore, impossible.

Obviously, these are my opinions based on my research. The urologist you trust should be the opinion that matters most. I believe there are situations where the LGX may be the best option from a medical standpoint, but basing a decision *solely* on the marketing campaign I believe is a mistake, and there are proven downsides to doing so.
