So I am about 8 months post op and everything is good.
I started to cycle 6 weeks after Implanted and have gained all my lost size back plus about a half inch I girth.
Question is, I have maxed out because I pump now until bulb gets flat and out of fluid.
Probably 30-35 pumps.
It's rock hard but should I continue to cycle daily?
I don't see the point if I have maxed out.

Re: Out of fluid
It took me about 13 months of twice daily cycling to reach the point of no more fluid. In my opinion I think you are totally as big as it will allow you to be so I would only use pump up for sex or personal use, or at least 1-2 times a week. I generally use mine 2-3 times a week but in a few cases when I was sick or really busy I went 5-6 days without pumping and it was a bit harder to get maxed out but otherwise still takes 30-32 pumps to get there. All is good. Been 27 months and counting.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
Re: Out of fluid
question is if you are maxed out and satisfied with the ultimate outcome is there still a role for continuous cycling. When I spoke to my surgeon, he recommended either regular sexual activity or cycling at least 1-2x/week even for only 1 minute. There is wear and tear that occurs to the implant especially in guys with peyronie's with the implant being cycled and force with sexual activity. Although the manufacturers claim and extraordinary amount of cycles (50,000 or more), in reality, inside your body its going to be a lot less.
I've had a pretty great sex life last 2 years (sometimes even multiple times/day) and now I have fractured tubing and need revision.

Re: Out of fluid
I would say you might want to get it looked at. Most Drs will put more saline in the reservoir than you need so your pump shouldn't really go flat at all. But it would probably depend on the size of your implant and size of reservoir. I don't know anything about the titan brand, but the AMS ones usually have more saline than the implant will hold. But then again some Drs do not fill the reservoir to capacity, it should be in your surgical notes how much they put in.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder, second failure tubing at connector
Re: Out of fluid
I started thinking after you said that, I may have a leak, but started reading other posts about similar topic and seems like a lot it titan users bulbs go flat after maxed out., so I don't know now...

I think I would start by asking the Dr what size reservoir he used and how much saline he put in and then ask if that's enough to max out the cylinders. You don't want a leak down because that's no fun at all. But like I said some Drs don't fill to capacity ( I've seen where they used a 100cc reservoir and only put 65cc's in it. ) so I would start by asking your Dr, better safe than sorry later.
