How long after an implant can I start drinking alcohol and smoking up?

That's a question for your surgeon. For pain relief I used green leafy smoke the same day. I don't drink alcohol but that has blood thinning side effects so maybe best to wait 2-4 weeks.

I would wait three years, just kidding  . I would wait until the incision is closed. If you are immunocompromised or diabetic, give it a full 3 months for your own peace of mind, otherwise an abstinence of 4 weeks pre-op and 6 weeks post-op is plenty enough.
