Hello, I had a Titan installed 5 years ago and this past weekend, 16mar 24 I had a flat, yes the Titan failed, went to my doctor today and he confirmed. So I am going to have a revision done but I am skeptical about going back to a ipp and giving a malleable a try, the doctor thinks after having a pump that I would probably be unhappy with a malleable, what's the opinions on this site? I am 64, retired and enjoy biking, pickleball and swimming, taking all this in account, the first 6-8 months with the Titan I had a issue concealing even flaccidly it would seem to expand occasionally on its own. You do get used to it.

I have had 4 IPP's, finally went to the MPP and couldn't be happier, wish I had gone with the MPP right after my first IPP failure, but live and learn, it works fantastic for me, and the wifey has turned into a nypho because of it being hard and ready at any moment.

Satisfied with it ??? she is obsessed with it,,,, She likes it much better than the IPP, nothing to go wrong and break of course, and compared to the IPP she says there is very little difference in size, so she go's wild on it every chance she gets, and that might be once a day for hours, or 2 or 3 times thru out the day, sometime I'll grab her for 1 or 2 blowjobs thru out the day when I'm feeling lazy.
I went thru hell with all the IPP's that have failed me, now that I got the MPP I', going to use the hell out of it.

This made me wonder if partners would be satisfied. While MPPs surpass all IPPs in mechanical reliability, given that the Genesis has 25% lower axial rigidity than the Titan, is your wife happy with the rigidity aspect as well?

Friend, how is sex with a malleable implant? Do you have difficulty in any position? How is anal sex?

All positions are fantastic and feel much more natural than with the IPP's.
The 25% less rigid is probably pretty accurate, more than enough for finding your way into places without using your hands to direct things,,,, to put it bluntly, I can pull completely out of her and slam it back in without any bending or directing it at all.

That's awesome! Natural feel is always a plus! You’re a lucky man. I doubt the research paper patients’ partners do real load testing like your wife does—your data is way more valuable to us!
