Are you happy with the AMS as far as getting hard or does it not do the job?

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

It's exactly like my natural erection that pointed straight up.
I think it depends on the inclination of your crux, not on the model of your implant. My anatomy is like this

Honestly I hope the LGX softs up so I can bend it down a little bit, otherwise many positions are difficult

Friend… first that is 1 O clock not 12, and your sitting, so yes it will point up more. Most of us are talking about standing straight up, and the angle.

If you’re at 2 O clock standing, that is awesome. Looks great. But we all point up more when sitting.

Try standing straight, and send a pic.

I have the same inclination also when I am standing up. I would have told you if my inclination was lower when standing (but it's not). Can't take pic right now, I'll do later

Hardness and angle are two different things.

I am certainly aware of the perception that the AMS 700 LGX is not as "stiff" as the Titan, and I have carefully read some bioengineering studies which attempt to measure that difference (sponsored by guess who). My surgeon also mentioned it as we made the decision to go with the LGX. He specifically mentioned an issue with lateral rigidity.

My experience with the LGX four months out is that the implant gives me two superpowers: unlimited duration and a level of hardness I never have experienced (or expected). Zero issue with lateral rigidity. My angle is about the same as it used to be.

Within about a minute or so of squeezing, I can achieve a level that is equal to or a little better than anything I had in the past. If I am patient and continue pumping, I can get to a level where I can't dent the cylinders with significant finger pressure. Getting to that point takes a little effort and I think my hand strength is perhaps better than the average guy.

The literature seems to indicate that the implants are designed to withstand an internal pressure of 20 psi. That's more than I put into my mountain bike tires. However it says that most guys don't get it that high, maybe 11-12 psi. If you work through the math, that is a great deal higher than any blood pressure your heart can produce.

I am very happy with the LGX. All that said, every guy is a little different and this is only my experience.

Hope this helps. BTW, I am not compensated by an implant manufacturer.

My wife prefers 80% hardness. So the last 20% is of little use to us. I have more than enough capability in regard to hardness.

20 pumps until the pump bulb cannot be compressed no matter what I do (I even put my sack on the bathroom countertop and tried to smash it against the marble...no go) My wife likes 16 pumps the best, hence 80%.

pretty the same as sitting. this is the maximum probabily since the penis is hitting the base of the pubic bone and so can't stand any "higher" (if it's 12 o clock or 1 or 2 I don't know, who cares)

as I said earlier I would have preferred a much lower angle honestly...

I didn't think an implant could do that

What was your cycling routine?

It was the standard routine 2-3x times a day as long as I could stand.

But the cycling routing has nothing to do with the erection angle. The angle of the erection depends on the internal anatomy and I believe it depends on the angle of the crux. My natural erection was exactly like this (well a bit longer... but that's another story) so the implant by adapting to the internal anatomy gives this result

I remember when I was younger, with the morning wood when woken up, I had to pee in the shower since I couldn't lower it in the toilet

when I didn't have ED my erection was upwards with the same angle, with the pills I never had such a strong erection to be able to see that angle again, they put me on the titan and now my erection is at 3 o'clock maximum 2.45 , I hope when I do the revision in September with ams cx to be able to see my erection again at least at 1.30 pm, I will show this photo to my doctor, it seems fantastic, pumping it at 80% doesn't it go down at 2?

Well…. I stand corrected for sure…. I wish I had 1/2 that. But yes, I guess 12:00 is difficult. We all have to live with what we have. My natural dick was perfectly sized and shaped… that is now gone… but I can be happy with what I have, a wide not really round inflatable… that I can make super hard as long as I want. Best of the two I guess.

Anyway, wish you the best. Sorry I judged…
