Just had my revision!

Postby Acedogg69 » Thu Aug 01, 2024 10:36 am

I posted here a while ago about my pump staying flat. Here's a little back story. I had my first surgery on April 29th 2024. The first time pumping I got 5-6 pumps and then the bulb would stay solid. Then after the first week or so of pumping my pump would only pump 3 times and stay flat :?
Well, it turns out that the pump had a leak and it drained all the fluid out of the reservoir...I just had my revision done on July 16th 2024. They ended up replacing the whole unit. The second surgery was nothing compared to the first lol. Not as much bruising or pain. Still some swelling though...I just got the "ok" from the doctor to start cycling yesterday(7/31/24). Right off the bat, this thing feels way different than the first one! I can get like 7-8 pumps and I'm rock hard! Now for the long road of cycling. I hope it lasts a little longer this time

I’m sure you want this one to last a WHOLE LOT longer.
Details please.
What was the first unit specs? Brand, model, etc.
Did you get the exact same model this time?

Sorry guys, My implant was the AMS 700 LGX 18cm + 1cm RTE with the MS pump. I don't know if there's more info but, they ended up just replacing it with the same model.
