Are you happy with the AMS as far as getting hard or does it not do the job?

I have spoke and consulted two URUs and AMS Support personal.....As far as they say, Don't expect anything near a 12:00 noon'er. I have pumped up many many times. Even had the URO's and the AMS support visits pump it up.....again no 12:00 o'clocker or anything at that angle. As they have said, You are not 22. Those angles are over. The 12:00 o'clocker angle was never a discussion at any of our visits. You can be assured of 2:00 - 3:00.....but that's it. If you are not fully turned-on, expect a 3:00 o'clocker. But they did say, you can expect a firm hard on.....and Trust me....they were absolutely correct, more like a rock hard Boner. And my Girth came out as good or better than before implant. The Girth is as hard as a rock. And my head is still sensitive as can be. The cylinders stop at the start of the head. I can feel where the cylinders stop. My sensitivity is excellent. My desire for sex is always there. In fact every time I cycle, I want sex. I try to cycle twice a day.....Once in the AM and once in PM. Overall, I am damn pleased with everything. My URO surgeon did an outstanding job. My length didn't loose as much as I thought I was. Yes, my wife did ask me after surgery in the recovery room.....What's you gonna do with that? But as they say, It's not the size of the ship, that make you sea sick, it's the motion of the ocean. And it's growing back to length in a very good way. Cycling and exercise, does help in a damn good way. So, if you guys want to know when it's noon, get a watch. Your dik won't tell you.

My AMS CX was hard as iron, until it wasn’t. I must say that 12 O’cock is most impressive. 3:00 is best I can muster.

I recall thinking I was a freak for standing at 12:00 when I was 18. I only saw pictures of guys at 2:00 max so I thought that was normal.
