Hello everybody! I figured i'd post my experience thus far and also curious on if anyone has answers for one concern of mine in particular. 2 weeks ago now I had surgery so I know I'm still very early on. I was left at around 60% by Clavell and have not begun cycling yet. Pain and swelling have slowly been subsiding day by day and now I am able to make out the implant more in my scrotum. i'd say i'm a bit down in size, but clearly this is too early on and I haven't cycled yet so i'm not even worried about this currently, especially when reading on this forum. I note this more as a journal log than any concern at all. As the scrotum swelling has subsided I have noticed something I am concerned about. So the pump is low and nestled a bit behind the testicles which is good from my understanding. However, as I follow it up with my hands, I noticed the equipment is moving forwards in my scrotum. When I get to the area where the scrotum and shaft meet there is a hard wall. The issue is how far out this is from the underside of my base (maybe a bit more than an inch?). It's very inflexible and I cant wrap my hand around my base due to the underside area as a result. I am wondering if this is tubing that may need to be shortened, something else, or nothing to worry about? I did ask Dr. Clavell about it and he said for slender guys the implant and tubing is more noticable, but I haven't read but maybe a handful of guys on here talk about this so I suspect it may be more than just me being a slender guy. Regardless, i'll have to wait as I heal more for the surgery to know for sure. The two threads that describe this issue the best are these two below by Freshkid and Wrath. Fresh Kids in particular outlines it best with his picture and red outline of the scrotum and green line of what seems to be possible penetration as a result.

Very curious on everyone's thoughts and I could just be overthinking this. I've also noticed on some threads people asking about Clavell and how he goes about things so if anyone is curious I can happily answer questions in that regard.

Curious to hear what other people say. Freshkid provided an update in march of this year, but he didn't mention whether that hardness went away.
Wishing you a smooth recovery friend.

Generally, 2 weeks post surgery is not what you're going to experience for the rest of your life. There is still a LOT of healing to happen, what you feel now will not be what you feel in 6 months, or even a year. My penis and scrotum was still changing until about the 12 month mark as I cycled and stretched.
I'm now 18 months post surgery with Dr. Clavell and every worry I had, every concern that crept in, every "this is only happening to me", is now a long lost memory.
Now, I have a penis that works on command for as long as I have ever dreamed of. Life is good. Things are still changing for you, and if there is something to be done, Dr. Clavell will do it. Remember what the alternative was...

Ya I noticed he did an update but not much details though things seemed to improve? I just notice this particular issue isn't talked about hardly at all on FT from what I've scrounge through, which is why it worries me more, but Freshkid did seem to improve in general, though we don't know of the hardness like you said, so that's a positive sign.

Did you notice anything like I mentioned in your recovery? I understand there's pros and cons but this isn't a normal thing to deal with from my understanding, so it's fair to be concerned over it and wanting it to resolve or get fixed. You are right though they I have lots of healing and cycling to do to see how the final results start to shape themselves. And yes if it came to fruition I think Clavell will help me fix anything that may be an issue. From learning about him on here and talking to him I like what I see for sure. I'm hoping next week on the 3rd week he will give me the green light for early cycling so I can start seeing how else everything else works out, which seems promising, minus that underside area thus far.

I’m running into the same issue with you with the tubing on the underside of my penis. I’m slender, have small/average size scrotum, and operated via penoscrotal approach. Seems to be a theme regardless of whether it’s Titan or AMS.
