Use plenty of lubrication to prolong the mechanical device's lifespan. Pain is a clear sign that a particular position can be risky. If there is no pain, I wouldn't worry.

No “problems” reaching orgasm but it definitely doesnt happen as quickly as it used to. I will be one year next month. I was typically 5-10 mins before orgasm prior to surgery. Now I am 20-30 mins and the last 5 I have to concentrate or focus on it. I definitely lost some sensitivity but its is still enjoyable and I like lasting longer. Ironically I believe my orgasms are stronger now than prior to surgery

First off, congrats on getting laid. For me if I'm inflated to max some positions hurt. I use a dab of lube to ease that but most times I only inflate to 85-90%. It does take me a lot longer to achieve an orgasm, but that's part of the fun.
