Re: Question for ams owners
My LGX pump makes a buzzing noise and vibration on deflation. It’s quite on inflation. It’s now 32 months old and has been used at least a couple of times each day either for cycling or piv. I love it and don’t mind the sound.

Re: Question for ams owners
When mine worked I felt the buzz and vibration during the deflation more than hearing it. And the more I used it before it failed it got to the point where I just didn't notice to buzz but could slightly feel the vibration in the pump. I don't think anyone would hear it unless they have their head down there when you deflate it and even then I don't think they'd pay much attention to it. Think of it like your phones in your pocket and on vibrate, then someone calls, except the pump won't feel anywhere near as strong as your phones vibrate feature

Re: Question for ams owners
I have the AMS 700 LGX with the MS (Momentary Squeeze) pump. It does make a noise and vibrates when it is deflating but it isn't very loud. If the room is totally quiet, I'm sure my wife could probably hear it, but she has never said anything about it, and if you're under the bed covers you probably won't hear it at all.
When I first started cycling the implant I would have to hold the deflate button around 4 seconds so that the implant would deflate on its own after releasing the deflate button. Of course you have to squeeze your dick to get all the saline out of the tubes and back into the reservoir after it stops deflating on its own, and you'll hear it make a faint squeal while you're squeezing the fluid out to make your dick totally flaccid.
I hope I helped out,
SWorks

Lets think about your question for a minute. If you orgasm in a woman & don't pull out. Your penis shrinks as you lose your erection. I can't imagine a normal woman not noticing that the hard dick that was in her is now smaller. So, if I can reach down & gently touch my deflate button? It would be just like a normal sex act.

Ye of course. I was referring to the perception of the vibration

Re: Question for ams owners
At times you can feel and hear the ams but no big deal. Most women would love the idea of a nice hard cock to pleasure them with and your mouth. Show her how it works and she will love it.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

The vibration is in the pump. The pump is not in the vagina. I really doubt that any woman will feel it.
