Hard flaccid implant undersized

Surgeon told me and shows me it reaches to mid gland yet I can easily tell and feel I was shortchanged 2 inches. Should I go for a revision and second opinion?
Rigicon MALLEABLE
20 cm + 0.5cm RTE
11 mm diameter rods

Pre-Op penile length: 7.9 inches length, 4.75 inches girth
Post-Op penile length: 7.5 inches length, 4.5 inches girth

Surely is wise to wait to full recover before evaluating if you are actually undersized. But if you have hard flaccid and go for a malleable chance are the surgeon just stretched you and tugged in the implant. So considering the loss of corpora elasticity during flaccid HF state I wouldn't be surprised tbh..
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

Is it smaller than you were able to stretch your flaccid penis before?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I would get a 2nd opinion if losing greater than 1 inch with a malleable.

RigiRod or Tactra or Coloplast?

I was implanted with Rigicon 6-2023 .... Long story short starting having issues with the right rod trying to come out the side and the glans got floppy .. fast forward to 6-2024 Took out the old Rigicon and put in a new Rigicon .. original implant was 13mm x 17cm new implant 13mm x 20cm .. quite a bit of difference .. so yes depending you can be undersized ... and mine was done by the largest implant of mallabbles implants in the country ..

Did you get back the length lost?

Did you get hard flaccid from a injury while doing penis stretching? What was the size of your penis before you started doing penis exercises? Maybe you were shorter before you did jelqing. Losing a inch immeditaly after surgery is normal. You probably wont be as big as you were while you were using weights to stretch your penis.
